Decent spot for Japanese food in the heart of Morristown. Pork belly was good. Lots of hot oil but not too strong. Chicken katsu curry is average. They didn’t have otoro so we settled with the chu toro which was really good. Mentaiko udon was good. Lots of flavor. Staff was decent, it seemed pretty busy at the moment. I’d come back when it’s less busy to try out the rest of the menu.

Traditional Japanese food done right and at reasonable prices. Seats have no backs and the dining area is minimalist but comfortable. Service was efficient and friendly.
We had Ten Don (tempura) Chicken katsu curry Don , purple sweet potato fries and gyoza. All were excellent but the gyoza were exceptional.
The best spot for ramen youll find nearby and my 2nd favorite overall Japanese restaurant in Morristown. Ju-Ichi is a terrific place with good food, good service, and great eats. The restaurant has a clean modern vibe. There's no reservations so be sure to get there early or prepare to wait. The ramen is absolutely delicious and should not be missed.
Really delicious ramen and fried calamari. I’d definitely come back again to try a few new menu items like donburi or sushi. Restaurant was clean and staff were friendly.

This Monday I ordered 3 sushi rolls for lunch but the rolls were very small and tiny and Miso soup is very salty. I'm very disappointed, I don't recommend it and I won't come back.
We randomly stopped by this place after St. Patrick's day parade. All the sushi and ramen dishes we ordered were fresh and delicious. The restaurant looks modern and nice for dine in. Service and staff were excellent 👌 she was very nice with my loud kiddos!
I thought sushi was pretty good/fresh and Unagi Don was soft fresh/melt in mouth type. We will definitely come back many more times.
Fresh atmosphere, great service and delicious food! For appetizers, try the shishito peppers and the spicy sesame cucumbers. For entrees, any of the sushi rolls as well as any of the Ramen noodle entrees. BYOB. Great for families with kids or a nice dinner out with friends.
