JT Services - Septic system service in Claremore - 17311 U.S. Rt. 66, USA

Don't have this company install your storm shelter. Horrible service. Since I can't reply to the owners comment, I will say we didn't authorize to go past the 4 hours on the extra digging because in the contract it said they would provide 2 tractors for the extra $1250 charged. They only provided one. The undiggable rock as they called it is sandstone. Not impossible by any means. Their workers also did not act like they were anywhere interested in actually using the machinery to do the digging we paid extra for. The depth wasn't what we were mad about, it was the way they presented themselves and how they left the job when they were done. This was not worth $5250. Ya we got a $200 discount, not the point. We had to run our own tractor to fix it and the crushed vent wasn't even mentioned until we brought it up. I don't leave many reviews at all but this one rubbed me the wrong way and was worth the review.

Great Experience with this team of folks. They are great with communication and getting things done. Had to wait a bit to get our storm shelter installed, but with Oklahoma weather, that's the name of the game. Great pricing as well. Dinah and Taylor are wonderful gals.

Keaton and Skyler(?) from JT Services did a great job for us. They were prompt, friendly and efficient while they were here. They had a mess to deal with when they got here, and went right to work. I would recommend JT to anyone needing septic services. - RD Stucky

Excellent service. I explained the problem we were having. They showed up with the parts pumped the tank and make the repairs. All for a very reasonable price. Very polite and professional. Definitely will continue to use for future service. Highly recommend.

Had my first septic clean out experience today and it was as smooth of a process as I could’ve hoped for. Keaton W. was the one who came out and his knowledge and insight of my system helped me a ton. I appreciate that he took the time to explain what was being done and ways that I can help maintain my system. Definitely will use this company again.

Super impressed with JT Septic, I cannot recommend them enough. The office was able to get us on their schedule the day after our septic diagnosis and they were friendly and helpful on any questions asked and pricing estimates depending on what was needed. The technicians that came out the next morning, Keaton and Skylar, were very friendly, informative, and fast and gave us additional (and very helpful!!) information regarding the potential future of our conventional septic tank that we were not aware of and recommended treatments; they also gave us some light information on storm shelters that they offer and general price points. We will be using them in the future for any septic, and possible storm shelter needs. Very professional and honest company.

Billy the tech does great work. Showed me what's wrong and explained everything that needed to be fixed on my aerobic system. Great company and fair prices. Will gladly use in the future!!!
