J's Pitaria - Mediterranean restaurant in St. Louis - 91 Concord Plaza Shopping Center, USA

Simply put, some of the freshest, most delicious Mediterranean cuisine I've ever eaten. Clean, well decorated space with food to match. Highly recommend the beef Berliner sandwich. Portions were generous without being too much. Desserts and coffee were outstanding as well. Can't wait to come back.

The beef and cabbage stew is delicious! The last time I got it, it only had two chunks of beef in it, which was pretty disappointing. I love their doner salad. Their salad portion sizes are great and I am always happy with the taste! The staff has been hit or miss, not always the friendliest. But, they also probably need more staff being they make everything as it is ordered and they’re always SO busy. The inside is VERY small so if it’s busy and you are sitting at a table in the center, you feel like people are standing almost on top of you. The photo is of the doner salad when I got it to-go.

There is something so wonderful about experiencing the pride someone takes in their business and quality of food. All the food here is made to order and we were impressed with how truly delicious everything was. Maybe I was just starving, but the hummus was some of the best I've ever had. You can just tell that the ingredients they use are quality and fresh. It's too bad I don't live in STL because I'd be coming here way too often!

This is one of the best meals I’ve had all year! Our group tried 6+ different things on the menu. Pita was delish. Save room for dessert!

Have heard about J’s Pitaria for a long time and had to try it! We were not disappointed. Food was fresh and didn’t slump you afterwards. Portions were huge and guaranteed to fill you. Ambience of the restaurant was a vibe. Will undoubtedly be back. People like to compare this place to Balkan treatbox so here is my verdict. Portions, variety, and hours of availability goes to J’s. Both places are flavorful however we felt the Lamuchan and Pide at Balkan treatbox were a little tastier. Like if Balkan was 10/10 flavor J’s would be 9.9/10. Ambience goes to J’s. Overall both places are amazing and I’d just go to whichever is closest to me at my time of craving.

My mom and I discovered this place a few months ago and we have been back many times already. The food is always fresh and delicious. Their staff is super nice and helpful. I cannot say enough about how great this food is.

I tried J's last weekend, and the food was fabulous! It a hard to decide what to try, as there were many tasty sounding options. I ended up trying the Berliner, which was filled with things in combination that I hadn't tried before. The sandwich was huge and filling, extremely delicious! It was a great value for the money, and I'll definitely be back to try other interesting sandwiches.

Drove an hour out to try this. Had the Berliner and was impressed by the juiciness of the meat. Sandwich was incredibly big and stayed in tact after every bite! Owner was really nice and made sure i was satisfied despite the restaurant being pretty busy. Will make my way back to try more dishes they have to offer, worth the drive.
