John and Jen are incredible people and run an awesome gym! Working out with them has literally changed my life for the better. I came in weighing almost 290 lbs. They helped me with my training and nutrition (Jen does awesome meal prep). As a result I am now down to 215 lbs. They are also great with students as my son works out here too and John does an amazing job with him. I highly recommend this gym for anyone at any level.

The Jrobs coaches have always met me where I am and pushed me to be more. I've trained with them through many stages of life—high school athlete, college graduate who spent too much time out of the gym during school, “in shape” adult, pregnant woman, and mother of an infant. They are always willing to modify workouts to help accommodate your needs. The facility is clean with many equipment options. This gym emphasizes acceptance, community, and excellence.

Love this place! I’ve never pushed myself harder or have felt more encouraged and supported as I have here. The owners are always willing to help and encourage you. Huge bonus, they have WONDERFUL childcare. My kids love going and I know they are being loved and cared for while I care for myself!

I do not work out here. But I want to tell a story about the kind of people the owners are. I stopped today to ask if we could keep a certain area of the parking lot clear for a turn around for jiu jitsu drop offs . The man whom I approached turned out to be the owner. When I told him the problem he immediately said, “Yes we will take care of that right now” and promptly moved the cars. These are people dedicated to service and to the community. If you are looking to support that kind of person and business, look no further!!

I've been an employee here for 4 years. I can't imagine training anywhere else. The love and compassionate nature of John and Jenn is unmatched. As a member of the gym you can expect the exact same treatment.

I started training with JRob in December on 2016. He put me on a meal plan and we started lifting. I am down 40lbs and I am stronger and healthier than I have been in years. I have also had workout sessions with Dori, Emery and CJ they are all excellent. I would recommend any one of them. The gym is well laid out with plenty of space for any workout style. Plenty of machines and free weights for the heavy lifters. The atmosphere in gym is very friendly, and family oriented, JRob and JennRob often play with the kids in the daycare area, the kids really enjoy interacting with them. The daycare area is well staffed and great for the kids, both my babies are there 3 days a week.

Absolutely love this place. I have the honor of training with Jrob. He not only trains me physically but keeps me checked in spiritually & mentally. I never feel shamed for missing a day, just get encouraging words & see you next session. Exactly the way it should be. Fun, family, fitness.
