I asked for their services to help me debug my cold calling and sales process, and they provided insight into how to follow up after a call or meeting, and what to say on a cold call. They were also able to do some cold calling on my behalf and created a sales script to follow which streamlines my sales process. They were generous with their time and went above and beyond what was asked for, being available at odd hours, and responding to my emails and brainstorming with me to identify ways I could improve my approach. I was more confident with my business and sales process when they were by my side during some of the sales calls. I was also awestruck that they were able to book a meeting on the first round of cold calling with a company when I had been struggling with doing that for 4 months.
