My friend is a big fan of this place and frequently invites me to join them. Now, I too have developed a liking for the drinks served here. The staff is always friendly, cheerful, and welcoming. I'm delighted to have discovered such a distinctive place to spend time with friends. I plan to continue visiting the establishment regularly.
Ordered an americano, chocolate croffle w/ mango, and a milk. Coffee was good. Croffle tasted hard and stale. Cashier struggled to figure out how I could order a milk for my daughter. She had to ask the manager how to do it and ultimately rang up an americano. Staff is young and unprofessional and they were gossiping while we were seated inside.
Fantastic flavors across the board. Waffle on a stick with cheese was great! Prices are a little high, but worth it. Cute packaging, fast service, excellent place for a first date or get together with friends. Really nice seating and atmosphere and a tablet kiosk.
The drinks are always amazing and there are so many choices and customization options even down to the ice amount and sugar level. My only gripe is that it took so long to get a rewards program and now it is a punch card for per ORDER and not per DRINK. So it doesn't matter if you get 5 drinks or 1 in your order, you will get 1 punch on your card.
Elegant hidden gem! What a wonderful surprise to discover we can choose the level of sweetness and ice in a beverage. The croffle desserts are sized just right, and can be customized with a variety of toppings. Super clean, super friendly. Drop in and enjoy!
Delicious drinks and desserts; their drinks are always full of flavor with a beautiful presentation, and they have exclusive seasonal drinks too. I’m obsessed with their fluffy croffles (croissant waffles; great dipped in matcha chocolate or cheese-filled), and their Thai Tea crème brûlée. It’s super convenient to order delivery but you can dine-in also.
I had an amazing experience at Joyu Tea & Coffee! The service was outstanding, with the staff being incredibly helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was great, creating a cozy and inviting space to enjoy my drinks.
Speaking of drinks, their Honey Mango Tea was absolutely delicious! The infusion of fresh mango pieces added a delightful burst of flavor, and the sweetness level was just right for my taste. I also appreciated the option to customize my drink by choosing regular sugar.

When I first came inside I went early, so that fresh smell of tea and things brewing hit my nose as soon as I walked in. The place is very quiet, and minimal but cute. Just how I like it. I'm a tea girl, and I love a good tea...I love variety even more. In a place where they open 5 coffee shops a week, it's nice to find a good place doing tea well, and putting just as much emphasis on tea as they do coffee. I've been going through their signature teas, while my boyfriend loves the iced americano. It's his go to at this point. I love the honey mango drink, as well as the lychee tea. Honestly, I haven't had a drink that wasn't delicious yet. I truly enjoy how they incorporate fresh fruit, and ingredients. If you're looking for a fresh and very sweet drink I'd do the honey mango tea. It has that sweet syrupy fresh honey in it mixed with fresh pieces of mango. It makes the tea so refreshing in more ways than one. If you're going for something a little stronger but just as sweet they have a moonlight lychee drink that's just the bees knees okay? I plan on trying the Joyu berry drink next. Even the Vietnamese coffee was just my speed. Full bodied, smooth, but so damn strong!!!
Had me wired all day on a small LOL. All in all it's a very lovely place to get a yummy tea. Especially it you need a nice quiet moment. I actually enjoy sitting in their place drinking my tea. It's very quiet, the music is not loud, and the decor is very comforting. l've been in many drink places that are so overwhelming to me and just truly a sensory overload…..this place is just my speed. Make sure to ask for a card to get stamped!!!! The first stamp alone you get a discount! Get them all, and you get a free drink. Working on mine right now.
