Josie's Kitchen - Restaurant in Blanco - 18 Main St, USA

Stopped here to grab a bite on our way back to SATX. We sat outside on the back deck to get the view of the river and fresh air. Had to wait a little longer than we wanted but the food made up for it thankfully. We ordered a cheesesteak and chicken salad sandwich that were tasteful and abundant with flavor. Dessert was great! Coconut cream pie. Yum.

I would absolutely positively recommend this place. The decor was adorable, the staff was the friendliest staff ever, the food was great. Robert was our waiter and did a great job. I asked for a box to put the few remaining chips and salsa in he just brought me out an entire bag to take home. He recommended the queso burger and it was great. We got the fried green tomatoes as an app and they were fantastic!

We were lucky the weather cooled off during our evening and dinner on the patio was lovely. Loved our meals and the service was excellent. Enjoyed the view also. I had the chicken salad, my husband had a Turkey guacamole panini and my son had the brisket grilled cheese. We got the bourbon pecan pie and a chocolate chip cookie to go!

I had a Margarita flight, omg luv it 😍. Had queso as an app so good it was white queso. And the brisket grilled cheese, it was toasted perfect and so delicious. I got 3 of there pies to go as well the pecan🥧 chocolate 🍫 and banana 🍌. Will be coming back for sure.

Our dining experience at Josie's Kitchen was exceptional. The meal and drinks were excellent, and I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking an outstanding restaurant in the Blanco area. The staff were welcoming, polite, and attentive, adding to the overall positive ambiance of the restaurant. Our group indulged in the Mahi special, which was delectable, and we look forward to returning to sample other dishes on the menu.

This is the place to eat if you’re in Blanco. Really great burgers with homemade pickles! Great fries and the other items on the menu looked great too — lots of variety. We were driving through and asked a local where to eat. Really cute building, new, only 3 years old. Perfect small town Texas restaurant that definitely could compete with most cafes in larger cities for both the food and the construction/design of the restaurant. We took pie to go because they are all homemade and they look delicious! We were too full to eat them there. Will visit again.

Cute place. Everything on the menu sounds amazing. Visited with 3 friends. We started out with the deluxe chips and queso. The queso was delicious but we all agreed that the chips were a little bit too greasy. We tried the special which was a Greek wrap and it was very good, loved the dressing on it. We got fries as a side and they were a little less crispy than I prefer. We also tried the pig roast panini which was delicious! Cole slaw with that and it was good as well. We tried coconut cream pie and loved the filling, but not my favorite crust. I'll be going back to try some of the other items on the menu.

My 1st time here. Those brisket fries were really good. The cheese sauce was runny but yummy. My French onion burger was nothing to write home about. The place itself is cute and I loved the mosaic stained glass art. Our service was just ok at first but they redeemed themselves as a team at the end. It wasn't crazy busy at 5:30 ish and it wasn't too loud in there. We will be back to try more of the yummies.
