The Joshua tree Inn location is accessible to all local things to do and see . The rich history, cleanliness, and pool were by far the best part of our stay. Be warned that if you travel to Joshua tree in the month of July, it is very hot (118 degrees) The room we stayed in (#3)was very warm and uncomfortable - especially to sleep in The staff made an effort to adjust the AC window unit , but the air conditioning unit could not catch up with the hot room temp. My suggestion: call ahead and have staff turn window unit on early in the day so when you arrive, you arrive to a cool and comfortable room.

We loved the JTI. The location is super convenient to entering the National Park and it’s near many options for food, fuel, coffee, etc. However, the best part about the Joshua Tree Inn is of course it’s rich history followed closely by its fantastic atmosphere. You can just feel the rock n roll vibe in this place and they do a great job honoring the spirit of Gran Parsons. The atmosphere of the Inn is of a different time and has a spirit of freedom and creativity all around it. The Donovan suite was a big place with 2 beds, full kitchen and bath and was very well appointed. The staff is awesome and I cannot recommend checking out this place. I would love to return sometime, it’s just a really cool place to stay. We loved it.

Clean, refurbished old school motel near Joshua Tree National Park. The grounds, common areas, and room were spotless. The staff was friendly and super helpful. We would 100% stay there again.

Great staff and great hotel. It's so charming and warm. We got a last minute stay in the room where music legend Gram Parsons sadly passed away that is now a tribute to his life, legend, and the love people have for this hugely influential musician. We were welcomed so warmly that we felt like family. Thank you to the wonderful staff. ||The hotel has been lovingly restored yet modest. The grounds are absolutely magical. I would love to see live music here someday. ||This isn't a place for children but a great place for couples or any adults looking to experience a piece of pop culture history within a breathtaking national monument.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR A WEDDING. I have a wedding soon and blocked out rooms with this location. They called and said we owe over 3 grand after the wedding because only 2 of the blocked out rooms were booked. I have had multiple guests attempt to call and book rooms which we blocked out and even signed an agreement for. Each guests said they were unable to book a room and were given a run around from employees. We even had a guest book a blocked out room just for the motel to place this guest in a room that was not blocked out and not credited towards us. After discussing this with an employee, we had another guest call multiple times trying to book a room, just for the employee to say she needs to call management and then call me to verify. (Whatever that means). This place is refusing to book my guests rooms when my wedding is 2 weeks away. This place is running a scam and then telling you that you owe thousands of dollars for unbooked rooms, when they refuse to book my guests rooms.

This was an awesome place for an over night stay on our day trip to Joshua Tree Park. We were greeted by Justin who checked us in and gave us a tour of the very cool property. The Emily Lou Harris room was period specific with a great bed, pillows and linens. The courtyard area is very cool and the pool looks huge (Early February so we didn't indulge). Very convenient to town and the west Park Visitor center. I would have to think this was one of the top places to stay in JT

Needed a quick overnight stop for some business in Palm Springs. Great rate and the room felt and looked clean.

Joshua Tree Inn keeps its beauty behind the secure gates for you to discover. If you want a cookie-cutter, same hotel experience as you always have, this is not the place for you. If you want a real break from the everyday and to feel the magic and energy of Joshua Tree, then this IS the place for you! ||First, this was one of the best check-ins I've ever had. The business of the payment, signing all paperwork, etc. was done quickly. Then we had a tour of the property which has beautiful landscaping, a burbling fountain, and a gorgeous, newly renovated pool area. There are plenty of peaceful outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the desert air. ||We had the Phil Kaufman suite which was more than adequate for our 2-night stay. The bed is super comfortable and the sheets are nice and soft. The bathroom is smaller than you may be used to, but it's part of its charm and besides, you're not there to linger in the bathroom, right? ||Highly recommend Joshua Tree Inn for your desert escape. ||Notes: | - There is one outside smoking area.| - The Phil Kaufman suite has a coffee maker, microwave, and small fridge| - At check in you are given a code to use for all the locks on the property. No need for a key!| - The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap in case you forget toiletries.| - The front desk is not manned 24/7, but there is a number you can call that is posted in your room and an indoor area with a phone in case you don't get service. Basically, assistance is a phone call away if you need it. | - The towels are actually really small, so recommend asking for a couple extra should you want one for body and separate for hair. ||

A free and enjoyable reclaimed material art display in the middle of the desert. To some it may look like junk, but there is definitely an element of real art to many of the pieces. It’s worth seeing considering the fact of how unique it is and def
