Jolt has given franchisees the ability to elevate employee performance while also giving our corporate team access to share important company wide information, tools and documents via the information library. Jolt is now a staple in our entire operation and we love the benefits.
This company is predatory. The customer service doesn't exist, and their sensors are constantly offline. Their hardware is riddled with planned obsolescence and they force you to constantly purchase new hardware. They auto renew your contracts and then make it impossible to cancel. Their notification system is so haywire that you will get dozens of texts that you are subscribed to at all hours of the day. Any five star reviews on this company are a farce.
I have used jolt as a GM. I now own a business and now use jolt for my business! It is really helpful to organize my business and have more routines set up!! My rep Tyler has been so helpful!!
Watch out for this company!!! Our corporation has tried for a year to cancel our subscription, but keep getting the run around when we call tech support. We had to call our bank and do a stop payment to finally end the monthly charges. I am not complaining about their software, but their customer service and business practices are bottom of the barrel.
