Jollibee - Chicken restaurant in Houston - 8001 Main St #100, USA

We ordered the joy chicken meal. The chaser recommended spicy. They ran out of it and we had to wait 20+ minutes while literally everyone before and after us got the food. When we went to check what was going on, the older lady with the mask acted all indignant like we were doing something wrong. The food was very ok. Chicken thighs were mushy on the inside. It was not spicy at all. The Sriracha and ranch sauces that we payed extra for saved the soggy chicken. The best thing were the fries. Which were cold as ice by the time we got our order and the servers didn’t think to replace them with fresh hot ones before serving our order. The pie was runny and it was impossible to take a bite without everything spilling all over. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

My son had a craving for fried chicken. We stopped in for dinner and ordered the $25 deal for 4 of us. It was 12 pieces of dark meat. We ordered half spicy and half regular. It comes with 2 small orders of gravy. We like to use ketchup. They didn’t have the banana ketchup- just little packets of Heinz ketchup. We had to go back and request more packs. The packets were all sticky on the outside. They provided us plates, napkins and utensils also so that was good. The flavor was good. Spicy was not too spicy. Pieces were somewhat small. We have been to this location 2x now and both times it was so cold inside that I was not comfortable. I definitely would have enjoyed my food better if I wasn’t so cold.

The food is good the spaghetti’s a little to sweet for my liking my husband did like it. If I could complain about anything it would be the drive-through people were kind of rude. They were not helpful at all The parking lot is always packed. So good luck finding a parking spot and the drive-through is so small but overall the food was good.

Filipino fried chicken, this place was good, service was good, but you have to wait for your food, we got there at 6 pm and didn't get our food till 640pm, but once we got our food I wasn't frustrated anymore, the food was delicious,. It's a great experience if you never had Filipino food.

I got the fried chicken with sides of buttered corn and mashed potatoes and pineapple drink combo. The fried chicken was good with the chicken incredibly juicy and tender- I wish there was special seasoning on the chicken though because it just tasted like plain fried chicken. The buttered corn was nice but I didn't really taste any butter (probably for the best because it tasted healthier). Mashed potato was great!! Pineapple drink was sweet and tasted much like pineapple so I wasn't disappointed. Only odd thing is my friend wanted their chicken sandwich but they didn't have any (we came at 11:30 am). I think they should keep more items in stock considering their limited menu.

I was super surprised by the taste of the food here. Actually delicious and satisfying would be how I would describe my food experience. We tried the fried chicken, peach Mango pie, French fries and Yum burger. The burger was better than Wendy's, Jack, and Burger King. Did not taste like fast food. The fries were a 3 out of 5. The fried chicken was so good, better than KFC or Church's. I will try the chicken fingers next time and mashed potatoes. Fast service, and they have a drive thru. Yummy!!

Kinda seems like as if churches chicken and kfc met up and made a business by churches I mean their style chicken and kfc I mean the mash potatoes and gravy I’d of loved to try Mac and cheese or something else but limited menu options although it seems like a wide spectrum to choose from on the menu maybe just didn’t go at right time but still seems like a pasta /kfc/churches chicken collaboration
