Joia Beach - Restaurant in Miami - 1111 Parrot Jungle Trail, USA

We recently dined at a family-friendly restaurant on the beach in Miami, offering a stunning view of the city. The establishment boasts various seating areas and lounges catering to different group sizes, making it an excellent destination. The food, particularly the All Meat Plate we shared, was delicious, and the drinks were superb. The evening was complemented by entertaining performances, although the music, while suitable for the atmosphere, was a bit too loud for my taste during conversations. A pleasant surprise was the souvenir-worthy photos they took, available for purchase. We'll undoubtedly return, thanks to the outstanding customer service. The restrooms are far away from the restaurant area, that’s a thing to consider during the visit.

Big thank you to Chris and Quinn for our unforgettable first time in Miami. Where do I begin.. It was our first time in Miami and we decided we wanted to eat beach side so we did some searching on google and came across this place which we decided on and glad we did. It was predicted to rain so we weren’t allowed to sit next to the water where there was no roof over our heads which was understandable. Although it was our first time in Miami and who knew when we’d be back so we persisted and Insisted we didn’t mind if it rained on us and so they allowed us to sit where we wanted which I’m so grateful for. It started to rain a tiny bit so Chris put an umbrella over us (I mean come on.) He was very knowledgeable about the menu and they were both very kind. The food was amazing along with the wine. Chris and Quinn helped me surprise my partner for her birthday with a song and dessert. We ended the day by having professional photographs taken of us by the restaurant which they frame and offer to you for a great price of $20. I’ll place a picture below for an example. 10/10 recommend! Will definitely return if we ever come to Miami again!!

10 stars! This place deserve their flowers!! Beautiful atmosphere, wonderful scene and amazing service. This place have good tasting food, there’s nothing on the menu that’s not good…everything taste good. The drink are delicious and you can’t not just only have one. This restaurant is located next door to jungle island on a private beach. Upscale chic you can also go walk on the sand, take a dip and relax by the beach side. They also have daybed rentals for $100 but be aware rain or shine no refunds. There’s 20% gratuity charge on all food and drinks so if you want to give additional tips there’s opportunity to do so. They offer valet parking for $20 but it’s highly recommend to do ride share which makes it easy. The customer service is out this world. Friendly and welcoming and always on point, food and drinks came out fast and there was always a waiter around to serve you. The area is so beautiful, there’s so many spots to take pictures!! Live DJ, spacious dinning area with a view of Miami behind you. Overall, I love this place and I highly recommend visiting late afternoon going into evening time for better view and scene.

Came here on a date night with my boyfriend and from the second we walked we were greeted with kindness. Ash was our server today, this was my first time here and most definitely not my last. He went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He recommended the best drinks and food. I can’t wait to come celebrate my birthday here. I also want to give a huge shout out to the hosts - Katie and Alexa - for giving me a blanket, they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care off & Elias at the front door for greeting us with enthusiasm and respect. Great spot, amazing food, incredible service, and outstanding drinks. 10/10 recommend.

Amazing place. The music, the atmosphere is 10/10 We went on a Sunday, we arrived at 12:00 and suddenly the place was full around 1pm. I recommend making reservations and going early so you don't have to wait for tables. The food was very tasty

Incredible experience at the restaurant, we were assisted by Ash, his suggestions for drinks and food were spot on. Incredible service and so welcoming. We eat two delicious platters - a seafood platter and a meat platter for 4 people and the presentation, food and quantity was superb. Service was impecable! We then joined the beach club to relax for a while and enjoy the view. Music, Ambiance and Location was outstanding. 10/10 and ask for Ash, what a nice man!

Beautiful view from the beach. Definitely off the beaten path, you’d never know it was there. Can’t say I was all that impressed. Very pretentious. Staff bordered on feeling annoyed by our presence (on par for Miami service) food was good but actual food service was rubbish. Appetizers came out randomly, and then my main entire was delivered, 30 full minutes before anyone’s else. So I had two choices, sit and let it get cold or eat while others chatted. The steak was cooked as requested, medium rare, which most places mess up. It was an excellent meal, I just wish it could have been enjoyed with others. Oh and if you need to use the restroom, be prepared for a hike.

I’ve been eyeing Joia each time I’ve visited Miami and I finally got to experience it! So glad we decided to come here, very Tulum-like vibes with great food and drinks. Our server Roger had the greatest most enthusiastic personality — he really made our experience worth remembering. We’ll be come back each time we visit Miami!
