Lots of room to run/walk, and well-maintained! Fun talk-tube and slides!
Excellent park with one of my favorite grilling spots
This is definitely one of the best parks around. It has some of the most beautiful trails, and they're quite long too, with large open fields and plenty of benches.
Great paved trails with some footpaths off the main trail. Usually busy on weekends.
Beware of the mountain bikers as they do NOT respect the 15 MPH speed limit on the paved trails, and act like entitled jerks when you are walking side-by-side.
Super fun in the winter, good for snowboarding And sledding but get ready to walk backup lol but even when packed a lot of room. Great place to practice snowboarding and taking huskies
Nice park area, very big, liked the trails I took a chance to walk, the trail areas are very open and broad and I like that, gives lots of room between passersbys'. Pretty quiet as well depending on when you go.
I just had my wedding reception at the enclosed shelter the day before Memorial Day. I got many compliments on the venue from my guests. I appreciated how easy it was to make a reservation. A few days before my event, the park staff called to confirm details. I did let them know I would be at the building when my reservation started to set up, but no one ever came to let me in. I only got in because I was able to figure out their door code. However the men's restroom wasn't unlocked either. Eventually the staff came during the actual reception to check trash cans so we were able to get them to unlock the men's restroom but it was a bit stressful, especially since there isn't any way to get a hold of staff by phone during non-business hours. We even tried calling the main Kent County parks line and connected to their "emergency" line but no one ever got back to us. It all worked out in the end though.
It was too hot got a fire, but the shelter does provide dry firewood if you want to use the fireplace. Small kitchen also with electric stove/oven range and a refrigerator. Nothing fancy but will get the job done.
The disc golf course has great views, but its definitely not set up for beginners. Very easy to lose your disc in the foliage, difficult to find the tees, and a lot of the hills are treacherous, could very easily fall and injure yourself. Especially in the woods, very steep hills and a lot of stumps to possibly split your head open with. I won't be going back to this course anytime soon.
I almost never leave a review a 5 star review (especially in all 3 categories) but this place blew me away. A hole in the wall that should not be overlooked. Every dish was made with care and sizzling hot when it comes out. The service makes you feel
I came here to get my dry cleaning done and was thoroughly pleased with the service from top to bottom. They were able to get it turned around for me in 2 business days around the holidays, and otherwise could have had it even quicker upon request.
Starbucks is Starbucks. You know what you're getting.
And Starbucks is pretty universal from store to store. However my last visit here at this store the staff was less than friendly and helpful. There's a good chance the pissy attitudes of this sto
Noah who was my server at this location was extremely hard working & friendly. He had many people in line & had absolutely outstanding customer service even in the midst of serving at both windows! So good that I wanted to write a review for the loca
This Hotel does NOT disappoint. I have traveled the world and havenât stayed in such a nice and welcoming environment as this Holiday Inn.
Tammy, the GM, is absolutely AMAZING and is beyond helpful and accommodating. She and her staff are very fri
