Just discovered this park and love it! It's really cool! Lots of different things to do and great shade! No bathrooms. Near road but not too busy. Great park overall and clean.
This is by far the best park with amazing shade!! My kids had it all to themselves! I enjoyed all the beautiful trees and shade was a bonus cuz I hate being out in the hot sun !!
Rather small, but nice neighborhood park. Seems to have a resident Roadrunner.
My grandson Brian has given this playground an
A++. It has a canopy over the whole kids playing area. Hes 2 and really enjoyed the slides especially since it was hot that day and the whole thing is in the shade and really well placed on a hill.
This is the kind of park you can get away with not bringing extra toys , balls or other things to entertain your kids. You can play with them or just sit on the outer edge of the play area and take care of a call while you're still able to watch them.
Anyway,
Brian says 'Park fun'....
John R. Karr Park is so much fun! There are two different climbing walls, three slides, four different ladders, four swings (one infant, two traditional, and one chair), and other features as well. It's a unique playground that you won't find elsewhere AND no sand or woodchips (well, woodchips where the swings are). It's all rubber! Lots of shade, too. 👍🏻 My 4.5 year old was delighted with this place and Mom liked the cement seating area that surrounds the place. No bathrooms in sight and no picnic tables but this would be a great place to play after shopping downtown (or while waiting for someone shopping downtown 😉).
The park is small, but has a large playground area that is mostly shaded. There is adequate seating and the park has a design which is engaging for both younger and older children. It is accessible by bus and has a fair amount of street side parking areas available considering the historic nature of the neighborhood. The only downside is that the park is located at the intersection of three streets (Upson, Stewart, and Los Angeles) so it is necessary to be perpetually vigilant (a good policy in any public situation) to avoid children possibly running into traffic. It is also fairly hilly and as a result may be less accommodating for people with mobility issues.
Very nice park. Was quiet enjoyable
Super dirty playground, has a sketchy feel to it. I came to the park with my toddler one Sunday morning and a homeless couple was sleeping underneath the playground. This park really needs some upkeep.
First time doing anything aerial and my husband and I loved it. The park rangers were very informative and knowledge. Great view of the mountain ranges and cities. On the website it suggested that you call before arriving due to weather conditions, p
My grandkids and I had a great time just talking, hanging out and playing. It's a very nice park. Eating some delicious ice cream. Overall, it was a beautiful day.

What a nice park, the name says it all. A hidden gem in the middle of an older neighborhood. Very well shaded playground with the exception of the swing set. Many trees to provide a nice shade for a picnic. A water park for the kids to enjoy(currentl
We weren't actually in the arroyo, we were walking alongside it doing the Scenic Sundays scenic drive walk as we do every week. It's just a fantastic way to spend a Sunday morning chatting with neighbors and getting some exercise with my dogs.
Excellent dia de Los Muertos celebration in El Paso, Texas, Downtown, Santa Fe st., food, games, souvenirs, and then just have fun â¤ï¸Alone or with your family. ð»ð
Love this park. It's an unofficial dog park, but most people do pick up after their dogs. Be warned, it's not entirely fenced in. Dogs should have 100% recall at a dog park anyway, but especially so here as there's busy Stanton St at the corner. It d

This is the best gym iâve ever been to! ð i especially love the aesthetic of the gym as well and the fact that it is private is all the more reason to love this place. Definitely got a long time member in me. Iâve also gotten a chance to meet
Really good coffee - their white mocha is robust and flavorful (better than Starbucks)! The baklava is also really yummy! Haven't had a chance to try their spiked coffee yet, but I will soon.
Had a great experience with Matthew Charles at the Denver Mattress! We needed a mattress on a quick deadline and he immediately showed the stock thatâs currently in-town and available. Tried out maybe 5-6 mattresses and finally settled on the best
