I entered Joel Asian Grill lovely Atmosphere for a date night or a quick bite to eat like I did. Drinks Asian fushion mojito🍸 Delicious. Crab Rangoon Roll Very tasty 8 out of 10 instead of iceberg lettuce salad substitute micro greens and lift the flavor to a 10. The Tuna Advocado salad its mix with a ginger base that is delicious it just wasn't refreshing like I assume and it could be plated differently 7 out of 10. Supreme Seafood roll not rolled tight very bland add a sauce and crunchy will make this roll a 10. I ordered milk tea, spice edamame, and incredible hulk roll to go. The incredible hulk roll fell apart immediately, 5 out of 10, Spicy edamame need a more vibrant sauce to be shaken into 6 out of 10, milk tea with lychee 8 out of 10. Great experience if you are in the Mooresville NC area check them out. Def Top 3 sushi places in that area.

This is a great chill spot for some good sushi at a decent price. I just recently started eating sushi again (I got terribly food sick from it years ago) this place is clean and they are always friendly and is a great place for some casual dining. We have tried a good amount of rolls the ninja, the tiger, the race way, the whatchama call it (very spicy), the mango salsa one (mango yellow sauce is very spicy roll it’s self is plain), and the kiwi roll. I also got the hibachi noodles once but not my fav. Blended Margarita was good.

Good service! Best Filipino food in the area and it’s not even close. Authentic - had fusion sushi and Chinese options too. Not too fond of fusion places but this one is the exception. The sisig had all the flavor and the Shanghai lumpia were delicious and huge!

Awesome food. The sushi is great, I also like their green curry chicken. The service is great and everyone is Friendly. The owner always greets you with a big smile. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in Mooresville.

Food was AMA-ZA-ZING!! 100%would highly recommend. I had the Lomi soup and Gyoza. Both were very delicious and fresh made. The dipping sauce for the gyoza is so good. Chefs kiss on the soup; hearty and comforting. They have quite an extensive sushi menu and also a Filipino menu. So much to choose from. Portions are excellent for the price. Will need to return to try more of their options. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Stopped at Joel’s for a quick lunch. Coconut shrimp and gyoza were pretty good, but the sushi was just alright. The staff was very odd, and we had 2 servers who were confused if either of them were responsible for our table, so we were often ignored, and 2 food items we ordered were forgotten. Not pictured; ordered ginger salad, the ginger dressing here is very unique and not in a good way. I’ll probably be sticking to my usual place instead.

I had hibachi steak a few rolls. Both were excellent! My favorite sushi place around.

We ordered several different dishes to try and most of them were ok. Didn’t think it was all good but we still had to eat. Pork belly was decent but expensive. The egg rolls were super tiny for the price. Soup smelled and tasted burnt. Noodle dish was bad. Everything else was ok, just very oily or lacking a thump in flavor. Service was slow. Overall, not a good experience.
