Joe-Joe's Super Heroes & Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Mineral - 117 Mineral Ave, USA

A small town restaurant, nothing fancy, but it's friendly, good food and close to the bakery! PLUS they serve dipped ice cream with all sorts of flavors-which everybody loves! Gets pretty crowded on weekends. They have excellent pizza!

The surf and turf steak and cheese was absolutely wonderful! It's a small restaurant but very clean. The server was very attentive. Overall I had a wonderful lunch there. Beautiful, little gem out in the sticks. I plan on visiting again and would definitely recommend.

Food was great. Staff very friendly. The prices are also very friendly as well. Lol. Please try the boom boom sauce if you happen to like spice and fried pickle spears. Over all the experience was great.

This place was fantastic! The girl running the register for take out orders was also the waitress. At first I thought that was going to mean slow service. It was quite the opposite. The place was kind of busy too, but she was fast, friendly, and attentive enough to ensure all was well but not so attentive that she was bugging you every time you took a bite. The food was. Great, although there were a few things on the menu that weren't available anymore. They may have updated their menu since my visit. Even if they haven't, I wouldn't hold that against them. Fried pickles were not available anymore. The parking lot is a little small for the number of businesses there. That's not exactly their fault though. Yep, I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

My family was traveling and got a case of the "hangries," so we pulled up to this spot and I was pleased with everything. Food was great, and they had a plentiful selection for even my picky eaters. I also love the affordable prices. Cheaper than fast food and way better quality. Service was wonderfully hospitable too! If I'm ever traveling back through, I will have to eat here again.

After doing a lot of research on the restaurants in the Lake Anna area, I chose this one to go to for a nice Saturday night dinner. It seemed like my kind of place, with a variety of food options, ice cream, and good prices. However, after driving there, I was thoroughly disappointed to find that they were closed (this was at 6PM on a Saturday). There was no sign on the door, and I even checked their Facebook page to see if they had a posting about the closure there - nope! I saw other people trying to go in too. I just ask for better communication.

If you're really hungry and want good food @ a fair price in Mineral, Joe-Joe's is it. This is the second time I have eaten here in the last month, and both times the meals were excellent and the service very satisfying. The server is attentive but not annoying, as some are, and the highly seasoned After Burner Cheese Steak sub required three fill ups on the iced tea. I never had to ask for a refill - she was on it every time. My rating is 5 X 5 X 5!

My husband and I ate here for the first and the LAST time today. We both ordered very simple things he got a steak and cheese sub and I got cheese pizza. Both were nasty very rarely does my husband ever leave food on his plate however I don’t even think he ate half of the sub myself I’m not a big eater however I love pizza I couldn’t even eat a full slice it was absolutely disgusting when the waitress came back to the table and she asked how everything was we explain to her we didn’t like either of our meals she said she was sorry but did not offer to take anything off of our bill or to make it better or anything so we basically spent $40 on food we didn’t bring home and didn’t eat any of honestly could’ve went to McDonald’s and had a much better meal
