JJ Fish & Chicken - Fast food restaurant in Lithonia - 2747 Evans Mill Rd, USA

Went to J&J Fish on Evans Mill Rd. This time the fish and fries were terrible which I did not discover until I got home. Everything was nothing but grease. One piece was so over-cooked and full of grease it was hard as a rock. No more for me. They used to be good it have gone to the dogs. The fries evidently were sitting in grease for an extended period of time, bite into it…nothing but grease. Nobody have money to throw away. I had to throw it away, I’m not trying to get sick! My advice, go to the grocery store and cook your own, it couldn’t be worse than theirs!!

I come here all the time to pick up my online orders, and it’s always been pleasant. This time however I come in and give the man I’m guessing the manager my name and show him my online receipt. He says no I need your ID and card ??? I show him my card because I didn’t have my ID on me it’s in my car and he says nope he needs my ID (for some chicken???). I ask for a refund and tell him to just give me the money back and let me pay for the order. He lets me do this and I leave. Why go through all that extra and be so rude to a paying customer who gave you 2/3 of the proof you asked for??? Again I come here all the time and have never had this problem. Be kind. It’s your customers that are your biggest support.

Man this food so good….. that’s it. That’s the post. This was the pick 2 combo (I got the three piece chicken and the ten piece shrimp with okra and hush puppies instead of fries). I was also really hungry so I took the picture while eating lol. It was quick too! I think overall it took me about 10 minutes to order and get my food.👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

First time ordering at this location. They helped correct an issue with my online order. And made an accommodation we needed. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Obviously, we can’t eat like this all the time, but when we do, this will be our new go to! We had the perch, jumbo shrimp, catfish nuggets, fries, coleslaw, and hush puppies. It’s not for dine- in, though did appear clean inside. Parking lot needs attention. Highly recommended take-out, seafood option.

The customer service was very good and they were very polite. The food was hot and fresh, they gave us plenty of condiments. Their store was kept clean and tables cleared at dine-ins.

Cool spot. Was driving by and I figured I would stop by. The wings were crisp which I appreciate. The seasoning on chicken, which tastes like ranch, I wasn't a fan of it. They were busy but able to get people in and out. I ordered two #4s and waited maybe 10 mins, if that. The tilapia is good, cooked just right and the fries are ok. They provide hot sauce, tarter sauce, and ketchup, all which was used. I would come back.

The food here is good but I can't support bad business ethics or shaking the spoon. I believe in bang for your buck so if I'm going to pay, I want my money's worth. After ordering a snapper special combo and another fried chicken combo, and cake, we spent under 40 bucks yet we were told no drink was included. Not even a can of soda. Then the Cole slaw side is placed in a sauce container for an infant. Let's give patrons proper portions JJ. And teach your staff to be more polite about things.

Typical wing spot! The seasoning is the best! Don’t skip out on the sprinkle sprinkle. It’s a 10/10. The customer service is average, the wait time on the phone is too slow and sometimes there is a major language barrier.
