The best in Mason City! Jitters has such a fun, independent coffee shop vibe. The drinks are always great and feature fresh-roasted beans. The baked goods are also wonderful and use clean ingredients. I have a list of my favorite coffee shops I’ve visited internationally, and Jitters is one of my favorites anywhere.
The coffee and pastries were excellent - I got the Aussie Gold and really enjoyed it. The two baristas behind the counter seemed kind of confused, but soon a younger barista took over and was very personable and knowledgeable. The interior was a little mismatched and seemed thrown together.
Great local coffee spot on the perimeter of downtown. The Turkish Coffee is a nice menu option. We also had espresso which was good - traditional dark roast. Their quiche was excellent.
One the best spiced chai teas I have ever had. The drink was prepared quickly and deliberately. Sadly I did not take any photos, but the place has a great atmosphere.
Was up in Mason City for work and this was the only local place I found open early on a weekday. They also make a really good Turkish coffee, which I haven't found anywhere else around Iowa. Highly recommend it if you're in the area
We found this place while driving north on I-35 and it is fabulous. Good strong coffee (roasted onsite). Outstanding fresh baked goods (best banana bread ever). Responsible COVID-19 precautions. Friendly, pleasant, ambiance. We’re from Wyoming so we have no connection to anything Mason City. Worth diverting from the Interstate.
Very cute establishment. Very welcoming and warm atmosphere. The food and beverage were fabulous.
Love this place! Cute local coffee shop with great food and drinks. If you don't wanna support the big chains and want a good local shop this place is wonderful. They have a decent amount of seating inside as well so if you wanna hang and chat with friends or get some work done you can do that as well. Service is always fast and friendly and have yet to have a bad experience at this establishment 😊

We don't stop in at Starbucks often because it can be a bit pricey. But once in awhile it's nice to have a treat and today it was well worth our time. We had the caramel ribbon Frappuccino and it was delicious.
Spent a couple days there this week while visiting my wife's hometown. Remembered what it was like to tear up the trails in cross country at MCHS. There are some great loops to enjoy with the kids and a nice conservation office. My favorite trails
Hosts Ray and Melissa are Top Notch. Very helpful and friendly. We had a brilliant 3 month stay. Holiday weekends included LIVE Music! Hosts were quick to suggest restaurants and local places of interest. Pool well maintained. Hosts always available
Great selection of healthy smoothies and yummy bowls to power up! The facility is always clean when I have visited and the staff always greets me with a smile and friendly welcome. I attend the classes which I LOVE! Only downside is I personally feel
State street deli is definitely a recommended spot. The staff was friendly, helpful, and they got the food out quickly. Knowing that we wanted to share our food they brought it on different plates with 2 pickle spears. Food was made with high quality
