Perhaps the best ramen spot in Indy. Their spicy chicken ramen is a work of art. The depth of flavor in that broth was nothing short of miraculous. They also manage to get their spice levels good enough so that it doesn't overwhelm your palate. Definitely coming back here again.

Great place to eat. May have been a weekday thing, but they were short on servers but still had good service. The Flying Vegetarian Bowl was probably the best bowl I have ever had. My table was all for the Vegetarian vs other options. -Pros Atmosphere Food Size of place! -Cons None Like I stated, the service was a little slow but it was a weekday and they had a lot of people. May update review on a weekend visit.

3/5 interesting and tasty, but I was let down by the service and food. I got the spicy umami miso and it was really tasty the first couple of bites. But for me, it was too much of a good thing. It had a strong taste all the way through. There was no balance. Even the pork soboro was heavily seasoned. The veggies added very little to the ramen. All I tasted with was the strong umami taste. Some people may like it, it just didn't work for me. The miso soup was a little thin and strong. My ramen noodles were under cooked too. It was hard to chew and clumped up often. Sadly, this was one ramen I didn't even bother finishing the soup or clean the bowl. It was just too much at the end. The soup is supposed to be the heart of ramen. For $20+ after tax ramen noodle, I felt a little cheated by the quality and one tone flavor. Service was not bad. On a slow dinner night, I ended waiting a bit to be seated at the bar. The line cooks who made the ramen seemed to have a lot of time and didn't even bother making sure the noodle was cooked through. Atmosphere was nice. It didn't ruin my experiences.

Flavorful, filling, and fantastic I'm always excited to try a new raman place. Jinya delivers on flavor and provides may options. They offer may small plates as well. We got bao buns, tuna cones, and tempura brussels sprouts. All were good, especially the bao bun. Don't forget to add sauce, which is located on the table in little dishes. For raman, I got the spicy umami miso raman. I added mushrooms, corn, and bamboo shoots. It was packed full of flavor, and the potions were very hearty. They service was very friendly and timely. You will not leave hungry.

I liked the vibes of this restaurant , was very cleans and the services was ok. For drinks - We got watermelon 🍉 delight, iced black and green tea. Small plates - takoyaki I love this food and was very good ,crispy rice and spicy tuna it was ok and Jinya bun omg it was so good I’m not a pork meat lover but this bun was very very good. Ramen - my friends got different ramen I ordered Shrimp wonton and totally loved it Currently, It’s the best ramen I’ve ever had in the USA.

We’ve experienced several ramen bars across the country and this one has the best ambience. We sit upstairs, the music is diverse and always adds to the vibe. If I can offer any advice , if you are with two or more people discuss what extras you want in your bowl. For example, each person doesn’t need to order corn, order it once and share. The ramen bowl can get pricey if each person has add ons, instead of sharing. Oh and when they say it’s spicy, they MEAN IT!! (LoL). The strawberry shake drink is coo, the lemon drop is yummy. PS bring back Asian wings , they are delicious, apparently they change the menu and swap out items. One more thing if you’re particular about the noodles they do have lo mien and ramen, one is skinner than the other.

I've eaten here dozens of times since it opened last year (mostly dine-in). The service is pretty good, special thanks to Steven, Taneya, and Kaylee. Unfortunately, the food quality has seemed to go downhill since they first opened. My last few visits have been okay, but every time I get take-out there's an issue with my order. Tonight they forgot to include a sauce I paid extra for... When I came back 15 minutes later to get it, the girl at the counter questioned me twice if it was in the bag (which it wasn't), then finally gave me a small sauce container that wasn't even halfway filled.

Amber took great care of us at the upstairs bar today. The atmosphere is super cozy and vibey. Great music, and the food is amazing. We tried the tonkotsu black and the spicy chicken ramen. We made our bowls into the +$5 deal with salad and gyoza for mine, and salad and curry rice for my husband. We also tried the happy hour salmon poke tacos - also amazing! We loved everything we ate. Worth the price point for great portions, delicious ramen and wonderful service! We will be back 😍
