Always amazing quality food and fast, friendly service! Sushi is the best in the area. For those new to sushi or concerned with raw ingredients, try the Pink Lady. Never been disappointed with the food from Jin House.

A disappointing experience. I ordered 3 sushi rolls, was quoted 30 minutes. I arrived at Jin House a couple minutes early. Proceeded to wait an additional 30 minutes. I had to get my money back and leave before my order was completed. Please provide accurate wait times. I have a family at home and cannot spend additional time waiting because new staff are training

The Jin House was highly recommended by multiple people. In fact, I was excited to finally have an opportunity to try it out. Unfortunately, I have to say that the Jin House was not any better than other Asian restaurants between Huron and Amherst/Lorain. It is getting to a point where I am starting to feel that these Asian carry out joints are less interested in quality and taste and are more interested in quick turnaround. This is too bad because I used to enjoy so many dishes at these places. It may be time for me to visit the Emperor's Palace on Rockwell. They always had good Chinese food in a sit-down restaurant which I also miss. The atmosphere in the Jin House left a lot to be desired while we waited for our food. It felt dirty and run-down which never inspires confidence when getting food to eat. One last thought, do not order the seaweed salad. It was by far the worst I've ever had and the scoop they provided was miniscule.

This was an excellent place to eat Sushi! I love tempura shrimp so I shared a meal of Pink Lady and Dragon Rolls. The Dragon Roll with the cream cheese was just creamy enough. Both had a lovely mix of flavors. I couldn't decide which I liked better because they were both so good! Highly recommend! Wait staff was also helpful and kind.

They never answer the phone. Most recently, and not for the first time, we called 13 times over the course of an hour, during confirmed business hours, and they never answered. Several times, they've eventually answered after 8+ attempts. It either rings and rings and rings or you just get a busy signal. Not worth it.

Love their sushi! Big portions of food for what you pay for, and very nice staff. Only complaint is their egg rolls seemed a little off, like they had been sitting for a while. No one in my house liked the egg rolls but everything else was great!

The food is usually very good but the hired help is terrible. They are clueless about the items on the menu. They don’t know the difference between sushi, nigiri, sashimi or any other menu item. They should at the very least have a working knowledge of what they serve.

Friendly staff and reasonable prices. A hidden gem for Asian food. Sushi and Chinese food. Very fresh ingredients and varied menu. Really enjoyed our visit and highly recommend
