First off you walk in to the amazing smoke smell & cheesy biscuits. The ribs were tender with a good flavor (no sauce needed) the mac & cheese very cheesy & the slaw was fresh. We also had the deviled eggs not best but pretty good. I could eat here again.

Firstly, the restaurant looks(and smells) great. Good first impression was followed up by an excellent male server who catered to our needs. Regretfully, the round of beers we ordered took quite a long time. As for the food, we enjoyed the complimentary bread very much...that stuff has a lovely texture and taste (we asked for some more). As for the smoked meats, the brisket was a little bit on the dry side, and the pulled pork(we got two types) seemed very similar to each other(besides the sauce that was smothered on top). I wish the baked potato came with some sour cream (and some more cheese/bacon bits)...it was a large one and after eating the top layer of the potato, we ended up with bland baked potato for the remaining. We came as a large group(after work coworkers) at around 7pm on a weeknight. I can only imagine the horrors of what type of chaos mighr ensue in that restaurant on a game day(Sat). Overall, a good experience. Recommended to visit, if you are in town.

Was served sprite in a glass with a visibly dirty interior tonight ( there was an orange smear and it was full of black flecks) by the waitress who was bartending during dinner. She whisked it away without any kind of apology, dropped off a new one while rushing somewhere else, and returned later only to bark at us if we knew what we were going to order, and when we didn't respond instantly she said "well?" to us in an aggravated tone. We asked for the bill for our sodas and left. Spent $10 on 3 drinks and a bad time. If you can't even drop a sorry for serving me a visible health hazard, I really don't want to risk whatever might be in the food.

Really clean and nice atmosphere. Staff was friendly and helpful. Brisket dinner was delicious and nice sized portion for the price. Side salad had lots of toppings. Mac n cheese was homemade, Cole slaw and beans were also homemade. Everything was great And the biscuits!

Good service, but the food was cold and microwaved. The French fries and ribs were old and too salty

Visited 12/29/23 it wasn’t very many people in there. Received the food and it was cold besides the baked beans. I had baby back ribs, they were cold and tough as ever! The Mac n cheese was good but it was cold! The cheese biscuits were cold. My other guest had spare ribs they were cold and tough! He did get corn and said that was good. JN caters to my job often and it’s never been this way. I’m not sure. We brought the food home and had to wrap in foil and put it in the oven to make it easier to eat and chew. I was disappointed.

Tried calling in order, was transferred only to be out on hold forever. Hung up and went inside. Not much better. Had to flag someone down to place order. Warmth at dirty bar and was told I needed to wait on someone to place take out order. I'll stick with Montgomery location. It shouldn't be this hard!

This was the worst experience. I had a piece of black plastic in my food that I bit into. I told the manager and she just said sorry. She did not have any concerns or care. She said it was a part of their muffin pans. I had to pay my bill in full without any discount although I was disserviced. I am highly disappointed in the way that I was spoken to. I am also extremely disappointed in the management considering the lack of concern that the woman had for me as a customer. Needless to say, I will not ever come back. Highly doubt NOT recommend. Worst experience ever.

Exceptional service, quick delivery of fresh flavorful food. I had the smoked turkey sandwich on white bread with hot bbq sauce, lettuce, tomato & cheese. A little messy for the car so I’ll get it on a bun next time. Definitely look forward to tryi

Finally got to visit and I will certainly be back. The employees are so kind and helped me decide what to order (hazelnut latte and lemon cranberry muffin...10/10) and the atmosphere is delightful. It's a great spot just off the main downtown. Purcha
