Jiffy Lube - Oil change service in Muskego - S64 W15890, Commerce Center Parkway, USA

DON’T EVER GO TO JIFFY LUBE IN MUSKEGO. On 2/28/24, I went to Jiffy Lube for an Oil Change. I pulled up and there was a line of 7 cars to the door on the far right. So I pulled up to the 1st door on the left, parked and went inside. There were two gals and a guy sitting behind the counter. Their looks made it clear they didn’t want to be interrupted. I asked about the line of cars and they said that was for emissions testing. I said I wanted an oil change. One girl asked, “did you pull up in front of a door?” Yes, I’m in front of door #1. She said, OK, we’ll open the door. I pulled in, got out of my Expedition, they directed me to the office and offered me coffee. Told the gal I wanted oil and a filter. The day before, I got my truck washed across the street, and it was spotless. I looked thru the shop window to see one of the girls starting to wash my rear window. I yelled out to her to stop, that the truck is clean. She said she doesn’t like sitting still, so I insisted she stop. She came in the office and I asked if they check the air in the tires and top off fluids. She said yes to both and asked what I fill the tires to. I told her the sticker in the door says 35 PSI, so make them all 35 PSI. Then she starts asking me my name address, etc. I told her I had been there before right after they opened and I should be on file. Well of course, she couldn’t find me. As I’m providing my personal information, the other gal comes in with my air filter, which was filthy, and I told her to go ahead and change it. They finished up and charged me $146.70. I drove home to find white water spots all down the back of my black truck. For those of you that own a black vehicle, you know the effort it takes to keep a black truck clean. The gal stopped washing my window but didn’t bother to clean up after herself. I opened the hood and checked the oil. It was full. I checked the washer fluid. It was 4” down - They hadn’t touched it. I checked the tires, they ranged from 31 to 33 PSI. Needless to say I was furious. I called back and asked to speak to the manager - not the day manager, but the store manager. I was given to Melissa. I told her what they did and didn’t do, and she immediately offered me a refund for poor service. As mad as I was, I said yes, I’ll be right there. I drove back and one gal came to open the door. Melissa was at the register already processing my refund. She’s also the gal that made the mess out of my rear window. I asked her to come out and look at what they had done. She said no. I tried to show her pictures I took of the tire pressure gage, but she wasn’t interested. She went on to say she’s working 12 hour days and she’s tired. I took my refund and left. The next day, I got a “Customer Satisfaction Survey”. You bet I filled it out. It asked if I wanted someone to contact me and I said yes. It asked for a good day and time. I said tomorrow afternoon. I also said that since she offered me an immediate refund, I wouldn’t write a negative review. But, if I didn’t hear from someone in a week, I would. So, they had their chance and they made it clear that they don’t want to be a member of the community. What makes me the maddest is the poor service I got, which means everyone else is getting the same level of poor service. I replaced my tires a year ago at $200 a tire. I take care of my vehicles. I feel sorry for those who don’t or can’t, particularly women who think they are getting proper service to their vehicle, but are just being taken advantage of. Go ahead and go out of business. There are plenty of other places around town to get an oil change.

Hands-down, I do have to say one of the best service I had in a long time highly recommend to come here got my emissions done and oil done. Thank you Ramon and Mike truly do appreciate you guys.

First class service. Nicely organized, friendly stuffs, good customer service. The great plus is that they remain open during the Saturdays which is very convenient for emission or oil change.

Ramon was awesome. I got In-N-Out and no time had no problems and he was very courteous and quick. Highly recommend getting your emissions testing done here very friendly

Went for emissions the guy with a southern accent was extremely friendly and polite give that man a raise! All other places had stupid emissions testing hours I got in quick test was quick left w registration and sticker 10/10

This is the most organized customer focused quick oil change that I have ever been to! I dealt with team members Jim, Davion and Julia and all were outstanding. They have many services other then oil changes . They also do State required emission testing. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.

Great service. I feel as though they take their time to explain what they are going to do to your vehicle and don't try and push extra services on you without going over the benefits. This will be my family's go-to service center.
