I stayed there when it was first opened it, but being a new hotel it clears and I had a goodnight sleep it was one night but it was worth it,I don't know that it had balconys until I looked out the window that was great because my boyfriend at the time was a smoker he passed that year,so I really can't tell you anything about the situation now.
This is a very clean and nice boutique hotel. It is centrally located and tare many food places nearby. The staff was friendly, and the Wi-Fi worked great. The room had a 70-inch tv which was great also. Will stay again and recommend this hotel.
It's OK not the best, more like a motel then a hotel
Apart from calling like 10 times and the guy keeps handing up going there was great . The customer service from the guy in person was ok just pay collect your Door key and go to the room that’s all
Room was decent. NO HOT WATER. Needed to shower before going to a conference and when I called the reception downstairs, was told that I "just had to wait"...."all rooms get the same water"..."they don't give any partial refunds.
If you need a room and have no intention of using the bath/shower, then go right ahead. Otherwise don't waste a dime booking a room here.
Looks very clean but rooms always smells like cigarettes. The beds are not comfy. You feel the springs and the wires when you lay down. The bed makes noise. The tv is dope. Happy they have smart TVs and you can use Netflix. Decent pricing. What you pay for your buck is what you get. Overall its better than a lot of hotels in the Bronx.
One of the rooms I was given the white sheet off the bed wasn't changed or cleaned had a stain on it. The bathroom wasn't clean nor the toilet. Please do better house keeping even for just for a client that's staying for a one bussines day. Over all customer service was great.
The outside looks like they have updated it with the exception of the Christmas themed multicolored blinking signage, which was annoying. Inside the was pretty basic till you got in the elevator. It was old and honestly a little terrifying. We didn't use it on the way down. As you walk to the room you think they have done renovations because of nice tile wall and floors. But then you enter the extremely dated room#403. The A/C barely blew any air and the settings didn't seem to change either. The bedside tables were severely chipped and old. Then the bathroom was just awful. At first glance looked clean and neat. Then you notice the missing toilet seat. The shower head spat water in all different directions and didn't have enough pressure. The actual knob to turn on the slider was broken and literally spun around and around. Once on we could barely get it to shut off or even set the temperature. The shower curtain rod was so old and rusted and was totally installed wrong so the shower curtain would stay spread out. Was not impressed at all. I was expecting a basic motel but this was pretty bad.
Everyone who works here is so nice and the hotel is very clean. My favorite part was the water fill station which seems like such a simple thing but it was nice being able to fill our reusable bottles whenever we needed to. Right by a subway station
We recently stayed at the Highbridge hotel. I canât see enough about how wonderful the staff is! The family feel at breakfast , to their accommodating. The manager even remembered my sonâs name, and we always felt very welcomed. Were very clean a
