Surprise! Surprise! The food was delicious, way better than expected. Service was friendly and fast. The building needs a lot of attention but the food is superb.
I was there for take out but the service was great the lady was attentive and service was great, for once I didn't have to ask for anything she ask me if I wanted condiments and what kind of tortillas I wanted. Oh and when I got home after stopping at Benny's for ice and beer, my food was still hot it was great and so were the albondigas I ordered it was just like my mom's who I no longer have, so I say thanks everyone at Jessie's you have made me think of my Mom and that's a good thing I will recommend you to everyone
Your food and service are great. On our last visit, I brought my mother and brother for an authentic Mexican restaurant experience. What ruined it was the inappropriate loud rap music coming from the bar area,at 2PM. I may not return unless this issue is addressed.
It was one of those days were you don’t know exactly what you want to eat. Drove by this restaurant and decided to give it a try. The vibe was good, the service was okay, and the food tasted good. Recommend the fresh orange juice, it’s good.
Solid food and service, but small adjustments can make such a difference.
Food: 4 stars
Menudo - decent, but really needed the chili oil to make a difference. I didn’t even know they had that option until I asked for something to make it more spicy and add flavor. Hand made tortillas was the best part.
Chilaquiles con huevo, green sauce. GF said it had good flavor, but sauce was too salty so hard to eat.
Carne asada - very tasty and hit the spot. Especially with the spicy red salsa.
Salsas - spicy red and chili oil saved the day.
Service: 4 stars
Again, decent but waited a few times for water, bill, napkins. Basic stuff that they can work on but friendly.
Price: 4.5 stars
Pretty decent prices. The digital menu points back to Yelp and prices for delivery and in store looked the same which is a plus. May try them again using delivery and see if things improve.
I love Dorado Tacos. This place makes a very acceptable Dorado taco. Nice cozy place with a good view of the canyons. Chips and salsa served while you decide. If you like music I saw a jukebox in the corner. I think if you got a hangover you will like this place.
I can't say enough about this fantastic restaurant! I forget the name of the woman that waited on us, but she was fabulous! The mariscos... shrimp with garlic and butter sauce was mouth watering! Haha, I think ill never learn Spanish, fo reals 😅

As one would say "this is a nice hole in the wall spot" , and indeed it is, but more of a hidden gem... Very great food with amazing beautiful staff, thank you 👍
