Jess fishery stocked our lake (wohlford).... I have never seen such small trout.... all of the fish I caught and saw others catch were under 1 1/2 pounds.... I had never seen a 6 ounce trout before I fished the Jess ranch stocked lake.... NOT A GOOD FISHING DAY!!!!
Great experience not just for me but my 9 year old daughter as well . She cought 2 fish on her own ,which I think is pretty good for her first time fishing . And when we were done, not only did the gut our fish, they also showed us how to do it our self's . So now time to see if I can cook these fish right . Looking forward to going again soon . Very nice friendly place to go either with your kids or no kids...fishing is good and they have picnic tables with grills or just order pizza...they deliver there...i give it a thumbs up 👍
Been going to this Lake for almost 15 years, and the staff there tells you exactly how to catch fish at the their Lake. Many times had limits and never have been skunked at that Lake. If you have children and you want to teach them the joys of fishing, Jess Ranch Lakes is the best place to go.
Bad stocks....They claim to stock as many fish as their competitors, but lack quality and quantity of fish.
The big lakes are great! The trout pond is suppose to be for kids. But full of adults.
I put one star it wont let me put no stars . Decent place but a large entry fee and must pay for every fish you catch!!!!! If you catch anything at all!!!! How bullocks is that ?!?!?! Wouldn't go here unless you have money you cant wait to spend . I could get a lb of fish for cheaper then 5 dollars a lb rediculouse .
