I have no words to describe this review except for 100% pure disgust because my photos say it all! Never in my life have I ever received food covered in mold and on top of that was so angry when not only did I have to call Slice 6 times but this restaurant and was in shock by the most insincere apology I've ever experienced. I've gotten more sincere apologies and completely comped food from a bad meal versus something as disgusting an as inexcusable as this! An insincere apology won't even come close to EVER make this okay in my book! "Sorry that happened we already refunded your $5.74 What else do you want me to say?" WOW!! ARE YOU SERIOUS??!!!!!! All I know is that entire order went into the trash! Good luck if you order from this establishment! That's all I gotta to say! 🤮🤬

I did not follow my own advice today. I forgot to check my food before I left the shop. I went to the shop to order my food. The lady that took my order verified what I wanted on my hoagie. It was also written in the slip that is stapled on the bag. When I went home and open thr bag I immediately noticed that my order was once again messed up. I asked for a simple turkey hoagie with cheece mayo and pickles without lettuce tomato and onions, and what was on this hoagie? All of the stuff I asked not to be put on it. Be 100% clear about what you want on your order and double-check it before you leave the shop. We have had our cheesesteak orders incorrect a few times. I asked for a cheesesteak sub with just cheese and a cheesesteak sub with grilled onions. I got the one with onions, but the other was a hoagie with lettuce tomato and onions. I'm not sure how that got mixed up. Even though my order got messed up, I will still get the cheesesteaks because I think they are the best around.

First time visiting. Excellent calzone and Baklava. Very cozy place. Friendly employees. The menu has so many delicious options. Can't wait to go back and try something else.

I got their flyer in mail this week. Ordered delivery this evening. AMAZING! Best hot honey sauce ever! As well as customer service, from phone call to delivery. 10 out of 10! I highly recommend!!

I placed an order over the phone this morning, like I have done multiple times in the past. When I arrived at the store 10 minutes later, the woman at the register/behind the counter said she did not receive an over the phone order and proceeded to say this with an attitude. I told her the order I placed, and she stared at me for a good 5 minutes— not even offering to make the order I placed. I felt this was rude, and disappointing since I come here often and always give them my business. I will not be patronizing them anymore!

Stopped in for a bagel but walked by the pizza and had to change my mind. My son and I each got a plain and a sausage slice. Wish we chose a bagel breakfast sandwich instead, pizza was just ok. We were there before noon, but it was already pretty busy. Per the menu, there are a ton of choices, even a huge selection of pizzas. Not familiar with the area or restaurant I cant speak for the rest of the items, but it was busy and the phones were also busy. Fair prices and staff was nice.

stayed in the area over the last half a month. I was introduced to the Pork roll egg and cheese combination by a New Jersey local and friend and I can say never missed a morning without calling into here for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help. The cheese cake was amazing too. Recently back to the UK however it will be one of my first stops on my return to the area next time that's for sure.

Decent pizza, rude and obnoxious cashier. I would give a 0 if I could. A business should value their customers and give them the attention they need especially when the business is empty. Texting on your phone and ignoring customers and then threatening them is extremely unprofessional and ghetto. Management needs to reevaluate certain staff and hire people with better social skills, from looking at other reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue. You guys will be better off hiring the homeless guy that sits in the front instead of your aggressive and obnoxious female cashier that everyone complains about
