Great takeout, authentic Jamaican food. I ordered Brown Stew chicken 🍗 with rice and peas, cabbage and plantain. Food was fresh and really tasty. Highly recommended

Got a stew chicken lunch place. I knew something was up when I looked at it and the chicken was this dark. Stew chicken was waaaaaay too sweet, potential over caramelization of the sugar. Stew chicken should be savory with warming spices and just a touch of sugar to cut the acidity from the tomato base. Woman behind the counter seems mad about life because i was very kind and she still had an offputting demeanor. The establishment itself is run down and could use new paint and places to sit. Will not return.

Wow!! The Sweet Thing behind the counter was awesome! Great service! And the food? Well, it was drool worthy. When you can’t make it to Jamaica, just stop in. The oxtail (that at first we thought was sold out…but she surprised us!) was so tender and delicious! My husband’s jerk chicken made him say, “I feel like I’m standing at a jerk stand on the island” They also had TING which was a fun surprise. Go!

Very typical Jamaican spot. Food is OK but the service is horrible. You can tell from their responses to the comment section, that they are never wrong. They are pretty rude at times, especially over the phone. The food is OK. I know it's called Jerk Palace, but the jerk chicken is the last thing u wanna order from them. Quite often the jerk chicken is bland and dry like it was leftovers from the day before.

I had the BEST Jerk chicken salad at this place. Unfortunately every time I have called back trying to order it again they say they don't have lettuce. The chicken is so good I called today to see if they will just sell me the chicken by itself and I will make my own salad and they said "no that's against the rules" This place doesn't care about pleasing the customer nor making any money. I won't be trying anymore.

I eat a lot of Jamaican food because it's good stuff.... but this place knows what they are doing when it comes to cooking and flavor! I had the Chicken jerk plate small with cabbage rice and oxtail gravy medium(thats how much gravy) and plantain . That's what jerk spice is supposed to be. Chicken was tender cabbage was too! It was all so good this is my new favorite for Jamaican!! I will be back again. On my second round I'm sold on their Ox tails.. Best I've had!

Food is really good. However, the heavy set lady cashier added a tip on my total without my permission. I asked her about it and she played stupid as if I did it. Please check your bill. I can't stand liars and slick a$$ people. Will not be back because of this. 11/29/2023 at approximately 11:47am.

Lady with the glasses has WORLD class Customer Service.....you can tell that has worked with Great Companies as it shows in her gratitude and Smile........ The other Chubby short one must be put in the Kitchen ALWAYS! ...... Her attitude stinks and very non Chalant. She acts like she is always bothered. Good food though!
