We stayed in a camping cabin(cc) recently and it was amazing. We had my little sisters birthday party here. It has a queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds a little ways back which was just enough privacy for the 3 nine year old girls I brought. It had ac which was awesome on the hottest days of summer! It does not have a bathroom but there are tons of bathrooms ( bath houses) around! We were right next door. All of the lifeguards, housekeepers and restaurant staff members we spoke with were great! I definitely recommend this! The cabin was adorable. So much to do! Swimming, activities and more! So awesome!

Family stayed here for the first time this past summer. Overall we had a very enjoyable time. We may have gotten lucky as the cabin we stayed in was new. They hasn't finished putting skirting on the bottom nor was the deck complete. The new part was nice as it was nice and clean, however there were zero fixtures in the unit (no towel holders, no toilet paper holder). It was very challenging to find places to hang towels to dry since there was almost no counter in the bathroom either. But we were in a pretty private area which I really liked. But again, I think we were lucky here as a lot of the other cabins do look older from the outside and are quite close to each other. They do have a lot to do and offer a lot of activities. All my kids had a lot of fun. The pool could use a little updating as well as the mini golf course though. The onsite concession stand wasn't very good. Not only did the staff not seem to know much nor care, but the quality was pretty bad. Surprisingly prices there weren't bad but I would still drive the short distance down to Tomah and find a restaurant there. The biggest complaint was staff and their lack of knowledge. We wanted to rent a golf cart but I couldn't find one person there who knew a thing about what to do. So that was some money Jellystone failed to get from me just because staff didn't know. Overall really enjoyed the trip. We may return to this location or we may look at other nearby ones too.

We had a wonderful time at Jellystone this year. This was our fifth year and this was far better than the previous two years. Everything was fully staffed with friendly employees. The new additions were fun and all the slides were open. There were more activities offered and they had dances every night(which was awesome because we were worried it would only be on the weekend and we might miss it). My kids favorite activities were the nightly dances, laser tag, both water slides, wibit, wave pool, hot tub, mini golf, outdoor movie and snacks, riding on the golf cart, bounce bubble, and pledge of allegiance. Thank you for a great vacation!

We go to Jellystone Warrens 2 to 3 times a year. Been doing so since 2010. We only have a couple complaints and it’s only about the seasonal campers. Other than that It’s our favorite vacation spot especially for my son who is on the autism spectrum. We let him ride his bike around the entire campground whenever he wants besides quiet time after 11pm which is the parks rules. The night life for kids is so fun for all ages. The jumping pillow and the DJ dance party is such a great time with the music and the excellent staff joining in on all the fun. The lifeguards are are very professional and work very hard to make me as a parent feel like my kids are safe. The cleaning staff are so professional and very friendly. They do such a wonderful job. The couple things that we have a problem with is some but not all of the teenagers that are seasonal campers become territorial of the dance area and jumping pillow. They have sometimes bullied my autistic teenager when he has been alone there. The staff was really great at stopping and talking to those teenagers and the parents, However when there is no staff around they would continue to pick on my son. One other thing about the seasonal campers when you drive into the park there are a couple of seasonal park models that have really large political signs and political statement signs It’s All over there entire park models. I don’t agree or disagree about the politics. We just want to go and escape all the political divide that’s in everyone’s world nowadays. It brings down the mood while you are driving in and when you go past it on the way to the pool and common area. Other than the my two complaints about the seasonal campers it’s our favorite place to vacation.

My family has been coming for 28 years and it used to be the highlight of the summer. Unfortunately it has changed dramatically. From a fun camping location, it has morphed into this giant money pit. The price for everything is outrageous especially considering how run down things were and honestly, serious safety concerns. The water park: - the Lifeguard sitting on railing by water slide which posed a huge safety risk and set a horrible example for the kids using the park. - kids were mostly unsupervised by parents and running around despite posted rules about not running. My small daughter got bowled over and not a single lifeguard said anything about no running to anyone. - one water feature was so nasty. It was by the splash pad and had cranks (one was broken and the hose wouldn't stay attached) that pumped water from a reservoir up where it would pour onto the heads of those you were playing with. The reservoir was so nasty. It looked like it had never been cleaned before. - very few tubes for the lazy River and many were under inflated or deflating. - the umbrellas at the splash pad were busted and useless. - broken railing on the wooden structure of the splash pad - the surface at the splash pad was so abrasive that kids were cutting their feet constantly. My children both ended up with scrapes on toes and feet. And I cut my my foot on the surface. -picnic basket that dumps water at the splash pad was so nasty looking. It looked moldy. Beach: - there was a swing-set in the pond and it had one swing and that was broken. Pool area: - concrete around the pool area was so uneven and a major tripping hazard - pools were so run down - no lifeguards at the pool and children completely unsupervised, so huge safety concern - the pool gates were constantly left open which is a HUGE concern. I was constantly closing the gate and the latch was failing and needs to be fixed (why not make the gate swing closed). When a kid drowns because they get into the pool area when the gate should have been closed, who is at fault? Golf carts: - $75 for 3 PM until 11 AM. - huge shortage - was told I could get a cart, but would have to return it at 11 AM and then come wait in line again at 3 PM that day. - our golf cart was ripped up, wouldn't stay charged for long and would barely make it up a hill. Other: - green Water slide has unsafe edge toward the bottom that sends kids flying forward. I watch many kids catch the edge and almost face plant on the slide. - kids throwing objects down the green slide or intentionally losing their pad with no consequence - one activity was a Bubble foam machine. They did it in a tiny space by the beach where kids were in the middle of a patch of plants with burns. My daughter ended up with burs in her feet as did many of the other children partaking in the activity. Kids ended up wanted to leave because it wasn't fun for them. - Broken toilets by the pool area. Won't flush - this is one of the worst. I had to rinse my daughter off after being at the pool and I took her into the bath house. There is no way to adjust the temperature. When I initially pushed the button to engage the water, the temp was fine. But as I was rinsing my daughter, she started screaming. The water coming out was scalding hot and horribly dangerous. From my understanding, what was a wonderful family location that we loved visiting, is now just a huge corporate money pit.

We stayed in the brand new Sierra Cabin. The bed was comfortable and the inside was a good size although we spent little time inside. The property is big and has lots of entertainment for the family (water park, swimming ponds, mini golf, games, tractor hay rides, jumping pillow). Our 6 year old had an amazing time. The water park was busy but we never had to wait for anything. The cabin areas have minimal yard space, are on a hill a bit so you can have a campfire but may not be able to play a lot of yard games right there. Overall we had a great experience and the staff was super friendly!

We camped with our travel trailer for three nights. We had site 208, it was terrible. All weeds and dirt. Very un level. Huge holes. It was almost impossible to find a place to set up. FYI 209 looked just as bad, it was open next to us. Had asked for a golf cart in my reservation and called. No surprise we didn't get a golf cart. Staff helpfulness was about 50/50 some were great and others acted like you were a total bother. No consistency in the hours that attractions were open and at times it was very limited. If you don't have the staff to have everything open then discount the rates. Communication that you need to reserve a time and per pay $15 to use the wibit would be nice. We told our kids they could do it and most times were full. Could use general maintenance, updating, and cleaning.

Update - please read their response before booking and look at the pictures in my review of how gross this place is. They charge $95 per night plus $9 per wrist band. $140 per day for a family of 5. And all they have to say is sorry. They should be refunding people money! What they promise when you book is not what you get. They chose to have their park in this condition. They are overpriced and rundown. If they cannot have the amenities you paid for when you booked you should get money back. Their understaffing is not my problem. They are about double per night of what other campgrounds charge for water, electric, and sewer. Plus you get charged $9 per day per person just to be on their property. I assumed it was for the water park. Check in is at 4pm. We arrived around 4:30. By the time you setup and eat dinner, the water park already is closed at 6pm. Stayed Wed to Mon over Labor Day weekend. Check out Monday is 11am. We were going to let the kids swim again Monday since we paid $9 for each wristband per day - they didn’t even plan on having the water park open Monday. The big slide and green slide were closed because of staffing issues Thursday and Friday. The green slide never opened Saturday or Sunday like the staff said it would. The water park has not had a penny spent on it since it was built. Two pools were tapped off and green. Weeds growing everywhere that were 3’ or higher. WiFi does not work. People had to inflate their own tubes. A lot of the kids splash pad isn’t working. There are no paddle boats. You have to pay $15 per person extra for 1 hour on the WiBit. The adult hot tube was literally brown from the rust build up. At these prices this place should be pristine. Even little things like the sidewalk at the beach is covered in inches of sand like it has not been swept off all summer. The outdoor showers and foot shower to rinse off after the beach was covered in sand like it hasn’t been cleaned all year. We made the best out of it, but could have spent 1/2 the price going someplace else and the water park would have been in nice condition. Anyone that wants to come visit you at the campsite for a little bit they also want to charge $9 per person just to come on their grounds. No other campground does that.
