JCB Tasting Salon - Wine bar in Yountville - 6505 Washington St, USA

❤️Went to the JCB Tasting Salon in Napa with my friends. It's located in Yountville, and they have several locations in the Bay Area. I really liked the atmosphere there, it had a French-style charm with a touch of luxury. They even had a peacock, and their wine bottles were beautifully designed. The interior design was definitely a highlight. ❤️A spontaneous trip to Napa! We were able to secure a reservation the night before, which was great because sometimes it's difficult to get a booking at the more famous wineries. This wine tasting salon turned out to be a nice stop along our journey. ❤️The salon is located in Yountville, right next to the famous French Laundry and its caviar tasting restaurant, Regiis Ova Caviar. ❤️The highlight of the salon is the caviar tasting paired with wine, and they use the same caviar as the French Laundry next door! Here's what we ordered: 🥂Seberian Caviar - $120 🥂JCB Gala Champagne - $35 per glass 🥂JCB Passion Red Wine - $30 per glass

The wine is incredibly overpriced for what it is. The owner, Jean-Charles Boisset, ruined any part of a good experience. He was incredibly loud when talking, spoke so much about how expensive everything in the room was, and was misogynistic in comments about women. My wine was served in a chipped glass. I was told that it is a really expensive glass, so just watch out for the chipped part. Overall, not worth going back to, and I don't recommend it.

Wow such a unique tasting room and experience! Everyone needs to check this place out. Go for the decor, join the wine club because you'll be obsessed with the amazing selection they have. Krista has been my tasting room bff. She is very knowledgable and makes every tasting a fun experience.

Very fun, classy and interesting tasting experience! Beautiful tasting room and presentation. Really felt like the customer service was top notch and the wine was fantastic! Would go back in a heartbeat and Alyssa was fantastic and educational on the tasting!

This was a great pre-dinner stop before Bouchon. My best friend, mom, and I had AMAZING service from Jordan! It was such a great experience learning the backstories of the bottles she was pouring and everything was so delicious. We had the best bubbles here and even my friend who doesn’t like bubbly or wines all too much loved the selections made by Jordan. The place itself is decorated so glamorously and they even have beautiful baccarat crystal wine glass for your tastings. All in all this place is worth a visit and ask for Jordan if you can - she is a delight!

Boujois and I loved it! I took my niece to her 1st winetasting and the place was lit, the wine delicious and pricey, will definitely go again.

A Must see and sip destination in Yountville. Great hospitality, and even though the staff was young they were very knowledgeable and we learned a lot during our tasting. Great food options are available with your tasting and if you are looking for unique wines and accessories this is where you want to shop!
