Do not get me wrong, the condo we rented was beautiful but this rental company is awful when it comes to customer service, and they also delete truthful reviews. They did not provide us with the correct condo keys upon checkin and refused to provide an elevator key which is required to use the elevator by the pool, beach and parking garage. It should be clearly advertised that no elevator key is provided when renting at Beach Palms as its extremely inconvenient for the elderly.

We stayed at the Sand Dollar in Indian Shores, FL for the first time. Although a little bit dated, the complex is super clean and very well maintained. We felt safe and secure during our stay. The hard working staff are all very helpful and friendly. The location of the complex was perfect for us. A great community with so many restaurants, shops, etc. It is centrally located so you are surrounded by things to do if you can pull yourself off the beach (which we barely did). It's a quiet, beautiful, relaxing spot. Our unit (#103) was amazing! A little outdated, but very clean and quite large. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, etc. Towels and linens were good quality. Pros: 1) The view from the balcony! Being on the gulf is breath taking. Watching the pier light up at night during sunset - amazing! 2) 3 huge bedrooms with plenty of dresser and closet space. 3) 2 full bathrooms 4) Washer/Dryer in unit 5) 8 large beach towels supplied in unit 6) The heated salt water pool and hot tub The only 'cons' of our stay were: 1) Poor lighting in the bathrooms and throughout the unit. They would benefit from some nice LED bulbs. I'd recommend a white shower curtain and a clear shower liner only to allow the light into the shower - it is like showering in a dark cave. And one bedroom had no lamp, only the ceiling fan light, which was inconvenient if you couldn't reach the pull chain. 2) When we arrived the unit's A/C was not working properly. When we asked about it, they sent someone up immediately. He was able to resolve the problem with a quirky fix, that although not too inconvenient to maintain, did become somewhat of a nuisance. The unit owner may want to find a better solution to ensure the A/C is working properly at all times. Fortunately the temps were manageable while we were there. 3) Master bedroom mattress is not very comfy. Although a large king sized bed, we were both falling into a hole in the middle of the mattress. Overall our stay was fantastic. We hope to come back again for 2 weeks next time. The whole area has so many things to see and do.

A friend of mine rents out a condo thru these guys and I've stayed at other condos thru them. You'll get nice condo's fully furnished and a great view every time. There are plenty of eating and recreation outlets within walking distance or a very short drive. If you're looking to book a room and have a great vacation then look no further. These guys will hook you up. Staff is very nice and are quick to meet your needs.

Beautiful beach resort, with every condo overlooking the beach and excellent access. Was a little crowded but was to be expected for this weekend. Would like to see a little more privacy may be no tents in front of hotel property but otherwise no complaints. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we had a great time

The place is real nice. We rented 3 condo and they were comfortable. The problem was the floors were not clean, vacuumed but walking around bear foot your feet got filthy. Plus the mattress in the big bedroom was like sleeping on a hill.This is our second time renting and it is very nice, people who work there are super. Close to everything, we loved it.

We have visited this place annually since 1985! The condos are spacious. The pool and large jacuzzi are great. The beach is beautiful, very family friendly and has lots of soft sand to walk on. Local restaurants are very good and the Ram Sea staff is amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and well cared for. You will not regret spending your well deserved vacation here.

We've stayed at several of the condos here and all of them work great for our family. Best part is that you are right on the beach. The views are amazing. The condos are continuously updated. Nice pool and hot tub area. Only negative is the slow, single elevator; it can get backed up at peak times.

Awesome! We stayed in #101, it was roomy and wonderful. The king size bed could use a new mattress, but the place had everything you need, and right on the ocean. It's a great area also. We'll definitely be back.
