we have had this security alarm for approx 2 years, never an issue, always works sometimes even when I dont want it to. My son and husband were installing lights and we werent paying attention all of a sudden the sirens were going off the dogs were going nuts and the fire department was at my door. apparently the dust aggravated the smoke alarm we also have from JC electronics and I didnt hear the phone ringing from the alarm company. (jokes on me) def good quality, the owner is very personable and understanding of the needs you want/need.

I had an issue with all the wiring for my surround sound system that is hooked up with my TV. Numerous hours trying to hook it up and make sense of it all. I contacted Julio at JC Electronic Technologies and scheduled an appointment for him to come out (which was a quick turn around time). Within a matter of 10 minutes he had everything working smoothly! Very professional and knowledgeable of what he does, he even explained to me what he did.
