Brad came to my house, computer was a mess, after Comcast service outage. He ran into many of the same issues I'd tried to explain. He dived into the mess and got it straighten out. I was not comfortable taking it somewhere and leaving it.

After having an excruciating experience with a chain tech repair company, I decided to go with a local professional. I purchased the part I needed myself and had Brad handle the install. He had my laptop repaired even quicker than he estimated and diagnosed/repaired a battery issue that I was unaware of as well. Brad is the real deal! Professional and kept me informed through the whole process :D
Brad is very knowledgeable and was even willing to assess my machine to see if it was worth fixing. Ultimately we could not source the right part to fix my broken laptop screen, but he set me up to use it as a desk top with external moniter and offered to make recommendations for a new laptop based on my needs. Turn around time was quick. I highly recommend, I'll be going back in the future when I need computer help again.
Great staff and good options! Came on a Revolution Brewing release night. I sat at the bar and had a blast! The staff was more than accommodating. Lots of people but not overbearing. Very comfortable crowd. Friendly people, good beers, relaxing time!
