Had a great family vacation stayed at Hotel Jay. Can't say enough good things. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and lots of space for 4 adults and 1 toddler. That water park was awesome. The skiing was great. The staff everywhere was great. Will definitely be back next year. Thank you!

Best ski resort east of the Mississippi. The trail network is interconnected which makes it easy to experience 5+ different runs going up the same chairlift. And that's not even considering glades/off trail shortcuts. Also located in a great ski-town area. You won't find any big box stores around the corner but the local shops/general store provide all of the needs.

We loved Jay Peak skiing. Kids found the terrain great. I found the blues accommodating and loved the expanse of the runs. Didn't feel crowded at all, even though it was busy. Definitely going back!

This was our first visit to Jay Peak and we are hooked! The skiing was phenomenal with lots of fresh powder all weekend, and the resort grounds are huge with a ton of restaurants and bars to choose from. We didn't hit up the waterpark or other activities but there's a lot to choose from - movie theater, rock climbing, and an arcade.||The only downside we had was with our accommodations. We stayed in the Slopeside condos and our unit was rundown and outdated, and we had issues including the shower not draining and key items (toilet paper, dish soap) being missing. Next time we'll try one of the hotels as they were all beautiful inside.

Stayed at the Hotel Jay for a three night stay for a Hockey Tournament. Pulled up to the resort and was greated by a Bellmen who helped get our bags and gear to our room. Check in was easy. Lots of rules especially for hockey groups.||The first disapointment was an additional fee (beyond what I was paying) to use the Water Park on our arrival day. This makes no sense at all. Why do I need to pay to use the Water Park when it's included in the Group Rate.||When I arrived in my room, there was plenty of space. We had a One Bedroom Unit so there was a full kitchen, murphy bed, pull out sofa bed and a seperate bedroom with a King Size Bed. There was a few rough marks on the walls and the room was very dark. Many of the lamps were not functional.||I do want to prepare you that during the offseason, there is very limited ammenties. The arcade follows the same hours as the Water Park. Which means, if the water park is closed, there is really nothing to do in the hotel. They ask the kids not to play Knee Hockey in their rooms but give no ammentieis to keep them busy. They have a "family room" but the sign says it closes at 8PM, door was locked at 7:30PM.||They have a firepit but that also follows the hours of the water park. So again, if the water park is closed, there really isn't anything to keep the kids occupied.||Lastly - The Pub which is the main restaurant was good, but a very limited menu (5 entrees).||It was a very expenisve weekend for what you get. And it still baffles me that they do not give you access to the water park for Night 1.

We chose to spend Christmas at Jay Peak this year and are so happy we did! |First, I want to send a BIG SHOUT OUT to our ski instructor Eric, our SNOW GO Instructor Timmah (Tim), Meg & Serena from Taiga Spa, and the very kind, helpful & patient reservationist, Lisa. They were great! We stayed in a one-bedroom suite at Tram House Lodge and felt right at home. We brought most of our meals & snacks, but treated ourselves to Christmas dinner @ Alice's Table. Very good. The waterpark was a perk during a dreary day & a welcome break. Enjoyed lunches during our ski days at The Foundry Pub, Miso Hungry, & Mountain Dick's Pizza. Overall, loved the convenience of everything at the entire resort. Even the shuttle ride to Stateside was reasonably quick.

Jay Peak is one of my favorite places in the country. Being from Michigan, the skiing at Jay Peak is awesome. For someone who traditionally cannot afford a ski trip to Colorado or Utah, Jay Peak is great. I’ve gone there 2 years in a row, and each year it’s snowed every day. Powder is great and the staff is very friendly.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom condo along the golf course, it was larger than we expected and it was great to have a full kitchen. Resort is sprawling so hard to visit it all over a few days. High recommend for families, lots to do on resort. Shuttle will pick you up and take you anywhere you want to go.

Awesome fun and absolutely beautiful when it's snowing. Plenty to do for a day. The water is warm enough to enjoy, both kids section and the rest of the rides. Get there early for seating, especially on the weekends but mid week allows for plenty of
