Java Haus Cafe - Cafe in Snohomish - 510 2nd St, USA

[11/10/23 edit] quality of food, beverages, and service have slipped as if late. The meals are still delicious, but portions and presentation are lacking. Mixed hot coffee beverages arnt what they used to be. Everything seems rushed and care seems lacking. This is based on my last four separate visits. [End edit] Amazing food and perfectly crafted espresso based coffees. Service is always amazing and fast, and I'm genuinely surprised at how low their prices are for how great everything is.

I don't normally negatively review a place- as someone who works in a restaurant, I'd much prefer to give positive feedback, as that's what I want to see about my own establishment. However, the blonde girl who took our order was FAR from approachable, she acted more annoyed than anything as we ordered our food and coffee. I ordered an iced coffee with extra ice, and was given hot coffee. Luckily, the brunette girl at the counter was willing to remake it. The atmosphere was tense.. we ordered extra sauces for our sandwiches and they forgot to give them to us, so we reminded them that we had asked and were basically met with an eyeroll.. I fully understand feeling overwhelmed in a customer service job, but it doesn't hurt anyone to be kind. Despite being overwhelmed. I hope this was just a rare occasion and we just happened to walk in on an off day. The food was okay, the sandwich was a bit dry and not fully toasted but it wasn't terrible. And once we got the correct coffee order, that was good.

Recently stopped at Java Haus for the first time and highly recommend! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and coffee was fresh/flavorful. Also got the biscuits and gravy, which will definitely come back for! Best coffee/food to-go combo that I've seen!

Great little place to get a latte or a sandwich. Their sandwiches are a hardy meal. They even have a healthy portion of oatmeal. The king of food items is the McDaddy! It's a glorious breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, sausage and ham! Amazing! They are well-staffed because their drive thru is always busy and they keep a good attitude even when they're crazy busy!

First time here. Absolutely awesome. I love that they serve foods for brekky and you can sit down and enjoy if you want. Went on a Saturday morning. Super busy. But quick!! Definitely will be back for brekky before fishing again.

I used to work across the street and was a frequent visitor of Java Haus. It's been years since working close and I still find myself pulling in regularly, not once burnt out on the food. I truly cannot remember ever having any disappointment with my food over years. Have turned many people into Java haus regulars.

Decided to stop here for breakfast when I was running errands. Lots of choices for food and drinks. Coffee was very hot and delicious. I ordered the Pile Up to eat there. They have seating both inside and outside. A very busy place!
