My first impression walking in was not as great! The place looks dirty, and it seems the owners don't care. Portions are small for the price. I didn't want to wait for my order inside, so I decided to go back to my car. I was surprised to see the owner bringing me the order to my car. My order was not presentable. However, the burger and fries were outstanding. The best burgers in town. I will definitely keep buying burgers in this place.

First time in since ownership changed… service was quick and friendly, food came out hot and delicious. We got the bacon cheeseburger combo. They offer a discount if you’re paying cash, too!

One thing that immediately caught my attention was their transparency about the 4% cash discount. It's a breath of fresh air to see a restaurant be upfront about such details, unlike a few others that sneak it into the bill. Kudos for the honesty! I stuck to my favorite—the veggie burger, a classic that I used to enjoy under the previous ownership. However, this time, it felt like a whole new experience. The veggies were noticeably crisper, and I could taste the freshness. It seems like they've kicked it up a notch in sourcing quality ingredients. What really stood out was Corina's attentive service. Not only did she take my order with a smile, but she also came to clear the tray after I finished—a small gesture that goes a long way. It's these personal touches that make a dining experience exceptional. The food itself was not just delicious but also reasonably priced, making it a win-win situation. I can confidently say that with such fantastic service and delectable offerings, Jasper's Giant Hamburgers has become my go-to spot in Gold River. Looking forward to exploring more items on the menu during my next visit. The promise of trying out their milkshakes has me excited! Way overpriced. Ordered two seperate items. Both were extremely small especially for the price. Do not order a grilled cheese. Some drink flavors out of order. Charge 25 cents for ranch. Not EXTRA ranch just ranch. Place wasn't very clean. Needed to be swept. The picture was 16 dollars worth of food apparently. Very disappointed and will not ever be going back. Not sure how they have a rating above 4. Even the burger was far from 'giant'.

Great location, amazing food, fries aren't presalted but it was very delicious. I very much enjoyed the Jasper fries. I had a friend that stated the ostrich burger wasn't as flavorful, but my other friends that had ostrich burgers enjoyed it very much. I enjoyed my Buffalo burger very much.

Very clean and updated. Good quality fresh produce. Fast service.

I'm sad to see this restaurant change ownership. It was a great burger joint and for more Mexican food? How many Mexican restaurants do we need? especially since Martin's is the best. The old owners knew me by nae and I ate there regularly. Sad to see it go.

Owner is the worst human being I have seen so far. We were in nearby shop and my 4 year wanted to go pee, since the shop didn’t had restroom, I happen to take my kid to this restaurant. I was told that I need to buy something to use restroom. Fair enough: I said sure I wil buy. I asked if kid can use restroom first then I will buy, then owner said no, you can’t because restroom is out of order. I requested on humanity basis but he kept saying “oh my god” etc etc. I was in rush and ran to another shop. Later my wife went to same shop, ordered something and asked to use restroom and he allowed her. Now j went and confronted him and he told me to call cops on me. He even took picture of my car and my wife. He was not sorry for any of his actions. If it was not for a kid, I understood his reasoning. He kept telling me that it’s not my kid and it’s not my problem. Definitely not a good human being. Thanks for Arctic Fox to help me in this emergency.
