Omg I just wrote a 3 paragraph review on this and now am writing again bc it didn’t save when I went to take photos of the monstrous salad I just made at this place.
If you are you looking for a quality salad with the biggest bang for your buck quantity look no more. From boulder to Colorado Springs AND EVERYWHERE in between this is hands down the best place.
I called ahead on Sunday night to make sure they didn’t break down the salad bar as I was going to be arriving at 8:45, the close at 9. And they kept it open, in addition I called the restaurant again after I left at 9:10 to get the managers name for this very review I’m leaving now and LIZ the manager working picked up immediately to inform me of her name.
This self serve salad is of epic proportion. I’m going to take some more photos as I eat it bc right now it just has a lot of the unhealthy carb toppings I shouldn’t be eating but what the hell. Quality ingredients and will be my 195 lb selfs dinner light breakfast and lunch tomorrow. Can’t forget the side of pasta salad you get as well. With a tip came in under $15!!!!!
I loved my salad, what little of it there was. I ordered the lighter chicken club but it was only about a cup and a half of lettuce and very minimal toppings. For $10, I was disappointed.
Jason's has great food, but a NOTE: their salad bar only allows for 1 trip - since Covid, according to the server. This does not make sense to me, since all the makings are still out in the open like any salad bar. Have any of you experience this? We left because we weren't going to pay $12 for 1 trip through, know what I mean?
We go here for salad bar and soup or sandwiches. They have a great menu. Very clean, prompt service.
Service was really good and food was well-priced. Only wish my sandwich had been a little bigger since I liked it so much. And maybe a few more chips 😉 I appreciate the free soft serve. I took advantage of the swirled option.
A chill place to come and eat comfort food. My favorite is Beefeater. I thought it would be dry but it wasn’t. The dip comes with the sandwich is my favorite, I had to ask for a second cup and sipped the dip. Chicken Alfredo was good but I wish it had more sauce. The only wish, the menu would have more varieties.
I will drive five miles to come to Jason's when I neeeed a delicious and well-made sandwich. Then I must drive five miles back home. But it's worth it. The food is made with Love and the people who work here are lovely, very kind and always pleasant! 💕

1st time checking out Parkside Eatery & Taco Choi. Very tasty however I think it would improve the appearance and food if each taco had its own unique sauce and or toppings to give it more flair and flavor.

Very impressed by the selection/options (a mix of Japanese / Chinese), the service, and the taste! The sesame chicken was some of the best ever. Lightly breaded perfection with tender white meat chicken. The cold tofu is a must try!
I have ate there and order out. Today the food was awesome.chicken fried rice, eggrolls, pork lomein, sweet and sour chicken, General so chicken. Yummy everything perfect. Favorite chinese food.

I highly recommend visiting this mini mall during the holiday season!!!! Camp Christmas seasonal event is inside (timed entry tickets can be bought online or on site). Every store is full, tons of decorations, decorated trees, and lights everywhere.
