Jason's Deli - Restaurant in Decatur - 1605 Church St Ste 605, USA

I want to start off by saying that the food is delicious, the customer service is excellent, and the restaurant is spacious. The only reason why I am giving the restaurant a three star is because the janitorial management is very poor. It seems as if the employees do not care about the cleanliness of the establishment. My mom & I had to wipe off our own table and it looks like the floors needed to be swept. I appreciate them leaving rags out for customers who may need it while eating because I understand that messes happen while enjoying food. However, it seems that once the customers leave, the tidiness is an afterthought. I would give a 5 star ⭐️ only if they took keeping the restaurant clean seriously.

I am so happy with this place. They treated me so well. I literally was surprised by not only the service but the food omgoodness. The potato was huge and it had plenty of meat and cheese. I am more than happy with this order. It was worth every dime I paid. I had to leave a good review. They out did their self with the potato. I didn’t even have to reheat my leftover potato to eat it. The restaurant was clean and very nice looking. The restroom was clean as well. I will be returning.

This Jason’s was clean, the service at the register for take away was helpful, patient and pleasant. The sandwiches and soups were good. The salad bar was lovely to behold: Jason- style variety, fully stocked BUT the potato salad was THE worst ever! It’s never been as good as that in the now closed Piedmont Ave store in Buckhead or that in the Northlake Jason’s but today’s offering was worse than ever. This can be fixed. Please fix it soon.

I love Jason’s Deli, I usually go to the one at Buckhead but sadly they closed for good. I came to this branch and while eating I told the guy who cleans the tables that I will come back so he do not take my food. I guess he did not hear or something that he clean my table, I was about to finish my sandwich however the manager gave me the whole thing again! Holy smokes!!! 😱😱. I really appreciate the service, hope they open the one in Buckhead again 😭😭😭

I haven't had Jason's Deli in years so I decided to give it another shot. Didn't regret it at all. Got a good Club Sandwich and Gumbo for lunch and it was a good and tasty meal. Service was great too. I will definitely be coming back more often for a good healthy meal.

This was my first visit to this location and I will definitely return. The California club is king and the broccoli and cheddar soup was wonderful but it's the dipping sauce they give to go with the fruit that ties everything together. Soooo delicious

I'm a long time Jason's customer and I've been to many locations in many cities, so I have a good idea what to expect from Jason's. Unfortunately, this particular location, which used to be above average, has gone downhill as of recent. First, their wifi doesn't work. I've been there many times and it has never worked. Such a simple thing and they seem unable (or don't care) to get it fixed. Second, the service... totally inconsistent. I've met a few workers who knew what they were doing, but more often than not, they lack training, especially the cashiers. Finally, the food... particularly the salad bar, the main reason I go to Jason's. It is generally good tasting, but every time there's something missing. They don't seem to care enough to keep the trays stocked up. I say "care" because there's plenty of workers in the shop, and not that many customers. They used to have pineapples and apples in the salad bar. That disappeared long time ago. Recently, the grapes are also gone. And the straw that broke my camel's back - the ice cream disappeared. Such a shame.

12-21-20 - Decided to try the new Jason's Deli location. Family outing. Great service, clean restaurant, nice views, great experience. Had California Club with fruit, Texas spuds, and two more Plain Jane spuds with Broccoli soup, muffins and a cookie. The food was delivered in a timely manner,, was hot, and condiments where needed were brought out. We came in time,, since after us there were several patrons with to go orders show up. We decided to dine in, to enjoy a hot fresh meal.. The service made the experience worthwhile and then some. Would recommend this location for sure. The only thing outside if crowded when you might be an issue.
