This is an awesome place to eat, you can eat from simple breakfast to fancy dinner. The desserts are 5 ⭐'s, and the wait staff are top notch! The Sunday brunch buffet is the best, give it a try if you haven't, also the view from the patio is excellent in the fall.

Clean, fun little stop to grab a bite to eat! Pretty view of the lake as well. We found this restaurant the day before they closed for the season so we missed out on several dishes, but the remaining choices were plenty. Entire staff was super friendly and it seemed they had a lot of "regulars" who were stopping in one last time before they closed for winter. I'm eager to go back in spring...the cheesecakes looked amazing! :)

We had a great view of the water. Got seated within 5 minutes. 2 couples. Shrimp appetizer was great (bang bang shrimp), Fried ship was great. Salad bar was good and not many places have them anymore. Salmon was good, Sea bass was really good. Service was ok. I had to get up to ask for a drink one time. It's ridiculous that they Illy stay open until 8 on Friday the weekend before Memorial day.... It's summer. Drove from Conway to meet friends there. Good but won't drive back just to go there. If I'm in the area, I'll go again.

Janssens excels on every single point of service……it would rate 10 stars if I had 1s stars to give…..the food quality, customer service, atmosphere…all of it…..such a wonderful restaurant experience that absolutely beats most places we frequent where we live in Houston. It is outstanding to be a customer in a place where the entire team works to ensure every single thing is done to perfection. And the sunset view of Greers Ferry Lake is an added bonus. The lamb shank was exquisite!!!! The desserts are massive and made with love. Check out the dessert case as you walk in!!

My $13.95 muf sand was dry and the bread was hard wasn't fresh or toasted. I am allergic to sesame seeds. The bun had them when it arrived. I asked if they could exchange it for white. I ate it and didn't complain even though it was hard and dry. I spent all that money for a dry sandwich. The foodserver gave me a dirty look just for asking for different bread. I usually have good experiences here. But today I was not impressed.

Janssen’s is, by far, the best restaurant in the Greers Ferry Lake area. My wife and I ate there during a trip to the lake and the food was gourmet, the service was wonderful, and the outdoor patio was quiet and had a great view of the lake. We highly recommend this place.

EDIT: Based off your response you are not taking anything serious or into consideration about how dangerous your business is to passerbys so I will leave this at 1 star. The parking situation at this establishment is a serious cause for concern, as it poses a significant safety hazard due to its substandard conditions. Situated next to a high-speed roadway with a 55 MPH limit, the current setup presents clear risks. Pedestrians wander dangerously close to passing vehicles, customers dangerously reverse into traffic lanes, and hasty drivers pull out without caution, inviting potential accidents. Over the past year, I've personally observed several close calls, totaling at least 3-4 near accidents, all stemming from the reckless behavior of patrons seemingly oblivious to the fast-paced environment. Prioritizing safety over convenience is crucial, regardless of the establishment's history in its current spot. I would strongly advise considering measures such as reducing seating capacity to alleviate parking strain, advocating for a reduction in the speed limit in the vicinity if feasible, or exploring the possibility of relocating the restaurant to a more suitable location that meets its operational requirements. Until such changes are implemented, it remains a potential accident waiting to happen.

We love Janssen's! The prime rib on Saturday nights is the best around! Worth the drive from wherever you live!
