My wife and I love to find new places to eat and this place is a gem. Beautiful and cozy little spot. The warm welcome and service was absolutely amazing. The food was the best I have had anywhere in a very long time. The food is absolutely delicious and comes out hot and fresh. If you ever get the chance the duck won tons are amazing with the sweet chilli sauce. They are a special so not something that is always on the menu. My wife had a steak and she said it was absolutely cooked to perfection. The cheese curds and homemade soups are also amazing. I had the fish with potatoes and that was also some of the best I have ever eaten. If you are looking for a new place to eat I strongly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed. Oh and before I forget the pumpkin and apple cheesecakes are absolutely to die for. Thanks for the best food my wife and I had ever had, I cant wait to come back for more!!

It was our first time coming to the restaurant. In the beginning it seemed like it couldn’t get any better because the waitress that was waiting on our table just bombed on our order. Forgot this, didn’t bring that or didn’t know I wanted this instead of that. Prime rib was still mooing on the plate when I wanted it medium well. So I finally got fed up and went up to the desk and spoke with the manager. She came over to our table and immediately apologized and to make a long story short, she made everything right that the waitress didn’t do. The restaurant manager’s name was Tina. The reason I say she was a manager is because the way she works. She seemed to have her ducks in a row but you can tell that she cares! She needs a crew of people who are just like her because it’s people like her that keep customers coming back to the restaurant for a pleasant experience and a good meal. Tina held it together and she made the experience much better than the waitress did. At first I had no intention of coming back but I have to say with a person like Tina in charge, I will come back because I know that she cares and she’ll make sure it’s right.

Great little bar and restaurant. Staff is great. Go see Charlie, she is amazing. Had the Friday’s Lake Perch and it did not disappoint.

This is as home-town quality, great drinks, casual Wisconsin vibe as it gets! Great service and excellent food. The perch is served nightly and their walleye on Fridays is a fan favorite! The drinks are delicious and the food portions are large and come with two side choices. Highly recommend this quaint secret spot in downtown Oshkosh!

The pangasius did not disappoint! I am an avid fisherman and cook a LOT. The sides were good and the bartender was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a restaurant I used to frequent with family. (a kind of retro feel)

OMG -- what a great place! Everyone was super helpful & friendly, and the food was really delicious. I had their signature perch & my husband had the prime rib, and both were perfect! And the hot buttered rum was amazing! We liked the music, but it was a bit loud (though we didn't ask them to turn it down bit). Will definitely be back if we're ever again in Oshkosh, and would definitely recommend.

I've been here three times now with different groups, and I have been impressed each time. The food is delicious and the servers memorable. I highly recommend this spot for dinner.

I had to go because of the name (and I heard they had a great fish fry)! But let me lell you, I am by far NOT disappointed! Food was excellent and so was the service! Met the owner (but didn't get my high five! 😭🤣). The bartender was also my server, and she went above and beyond! Thank you Tina! There needs to be more people like her in this world.
