JANA is JA Niland and Associates Joe ...Mr Niland was an extremely good Business Man. His children have kept his dream alive by keeping JANA open for all these years. I personally was one of the Original ADT Automated Drawing Technologies Employees. David Beckwith, James Kilborn, Mark Martinez, Bill Heartly, Jim, Noel Garza and Myself under the direction of Andy and Arty we built The CAD and Graphics Art side of JANAinc. Jana had a planetary camera and from that JANA was one of the first ever to use Raster Images to Generate Vector Files. That lead to Large Format Scanning and Raster Vector Editing and Hybrid file creation the went into all of the Desk Top Publishing JANA is so famous for. UPS conversion of commercial airlines into cargo plains is the bread and butter that built jana. Everyone I mentioned above went on to Achieve the Highest Success Possible. I myself left JANA 8 years from when it all started in 1986 to become the Sr Drafter for the 15th Largest Defense Contract TRW Ballistic Missile Div. Bought by the 2nd Largest Northrup Grumman 12 years later. I owe my work ethic to JANA and my old boss Jim for making us keep track of our time to 10th of each hour. I became best friends with the youngest Niland Jamie the black sheep of the family but a super smart business man that taught me how to make a buck when everyone else saw Trash. GDD
