Tremendous overall experience! Atmosphere and ambiance are awesome. Historic 1745 building restored and maintained to perfection. Great blues music playing. The entire staff were terrific and well trained. Overall very calm, relaxed, comfortable and laid back. Food and drinks were all top notch! Everything one would expect for higher-end luxury fine dining in the suburbs. Reservations recommended! They fill up quickly. We will definitely be back again and again! Highly recommended!

reservations recommended while it wasn't crazy busy, they control the experience with a limited staff. A great idea. You can sit at the bar which has about 10 seats with no reservations. This was our first time here and it's very nice. The Calamari was great with fried capers (yum). Alos enjoyed the vegan Pad Thai. Very good crisp tofu (yum) others had the pasta dishes and they were very good as well. nice beer list but I would really like to see a better NA selection (Like please add some Athletic Brewing beers) Service was great and dining room was nice sound level. Very cool old stone decor (1754- hard to get much older in these parts)

Best restaurant ever. Not only are the plates beautiful but it ACTUALLY tastes sooo yummy. Too many places have good looking food that taste nasty. I do wish that I was able to pick my seat though. I was seated near a family with a child who didn’t know how to act in public.

We really enjoy this place. It is a historically maintained pub with exceptional food choices. We all had the special of the day, which was a burger on brioche bun, seasoned great grilled perfectly and served with either made in-house chips, sweet potatoe fries or regular fries. Come hungry, do bring a sweater or light jacket, it's a little cool inside.

Absolutely wonderful restaurant with great history. Opened in 1745 and still operating today. Great menu and very accommodating friendly staff. Outside dining was incredible and very cozy and inviting. Inside dining was quaint and so full of antiques. . Just so great !

My partner and I just moved to the area and we’ve driven by several times and the place is always packed. We finally ended up going when my partner’s family came to visit. The place is super cute and adorable. Located in a historic building from the 1700s! The decor was super cozy and relaxing, felt like we were over at a relatives house. The food was very delicious and well made. Everything was made fresh to order. You could really taste the care that was put into every dish. Our waitress was great as well. Very personable and had a sense of humor as well. Overall would highly recommend and we will definitely be back to enjoy more of their food and drinks!

First time at this restaurant. Sat at the bar because we did not have a reservation. Bartender was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. My full glass of red wine was accidentally spilled and glass broke by the bartender opening her bar condiment container, while I was finishing my meal. The wine went all over my shirt, jeans, purse that was under the bar and into my shoe. The bartender apologized and offered a new glass of wine and said, “of course, no charge”. I agreed to the wine as another employee came to help clean up the floor underneath me. I was sadly disappointed after this, as the bartender was busy with other customers and seem to avoid us for a while, then later asked if we wanted dessert. We split a dessert and when we got the bill , we were charged for both glasses of wine, our meal and the dessert. Honestly, my meal should have been free along with my second glass of wine and dessert. I did not eat the last two bites of my dinner because of the glass breaking and the dish had wine on it. I had to come home and wash my clothes and my purse, luckily I was wearing dark colors and my purse is Vera Bradley and can be washed. The accident does not upset me because things happen, but the service afterwards is very disappointing and unacceptable!

We were traveling through the area and this place was recommended by the locals. We stopped for lunch. It did not disappoint. The food was outstanding. The cocktails were amazing. The best sweet potato fries and best homemade tartar sauce I’ve ever had.
