Why does my ORANGE DREAM MACHINE taste different every time I order it here? Sometimes 🥭 sometimes Ice sometimes watered-down orange!? IT WAS MY FAVORITE. Management should stress that all crew members follow each recipe exactly so that Orange Dream lovers consistently get the same great taste every time!
This porterville Jamba juice it's the worst. Customer service it's a big no. We went few days ago and the workers welcomed us with a bad attitude when they made our smoothies it looked like they were in a hurry and let me tell you, there was no people only me and my wife I asked the worker a question about the specials they had and she answered me with a real bad and rude attitude. I asked for a manager and they couldn't find the manager. This place is out of control. Management don't care about this place.
Myself and a friend went and we loved it! Polite staff! Clean and friendly! Delicious drinks especially for the hot weather..... definitely going back again soon!
The new manager Mabel is great. The place looks great the staff is friendly and they are very quickly on making the drinks.

I used to love Jamba, I would go there all the time, but it seems lately like the quality of Jamba has gone way down. I ordered a drink and all I could taste was ice. It's too expensive to just taste ice. Yes I know you have them remake it but you shouldn't have to, and I didn't taste it until I was already gone.
The very first bite and I absolutely knew that this was best patty melt I have eaten anywhere. I chose sourdough bread and pepper jack cheese. They grind their own meat. It was cooked perfectly and the strange part I noticed it melted in mouth. T

The chefs are not afraid to use the proper amount of peppers in their delicious food. Especially loved the larb and wished I could try more. Would make it a point to stop here again if anywhere close.
