Belgian Waffle Parfait with Coconut Whip😋 My FAVORITE. OMGoodness. You have to Try This. I travel from Louisiana just to get my hands on another bowl 😆. It made with Sweet Belgian Waffle, Berries, Granola and coconut whip. Perfect combination for my taste buds. I also order the PB smoothie. Great amount of peanut butter to satisfy my appetite. I just wanted to give a shout out to Hazel. I started going here on my way home from work and she has been absolutely amazing. Super sweet girl, and makes sure that the customers are happy. Because of her, I will continue to come here!!

I met one employee from New York. He was very kind toward my son and I . When we walked in he spoke and I told a few jokes and it was a blast. 😂 It's a good place to visit. The smoothies are great.

07/14/21: Yummy and delicious smoothies from Jamba. I’ve been going to Jamba since the mid-90s when I visit family in California. It’s been one of my favorite places to get a sweet, somewhat healthyish treat. If I lived closer, I would come by more often. Love it!! Thanks!!!

The experience was absolutely terrible . The girl w braids who was working in the front had a very bad attitude and service was terrible. She wasn’t just talking to the customers with an attitude but her coworker as well . So I was trying to use my app to place my order and I was new to using the app . It was taking me some time to figure it out and she deliberately kept telling me what to do but not in a helpful way . She was more so talking to me like a child . So at that Point I told her I don’t want to use the app. I just want to order . She was still insisting I use the app and still was talking at me not guiding me or showing me exactly what I needed to do she was extremely rude and I told her before I wanted to skip the app and just order . So once again I said let me just order I don’t want to use this app it’s too much and I had things to do . Soooo I didn’t leave a tip because I didn’t like how she was talking to me or her attitude so I just hit no tip and I signed . So she had the audacity to put the tip sign back up and these were the words that came out her mouth “ you need to finish this part love “. I said I already finished that there’s no need for me to go back and do it again . Clearly she seen I didn’t tip her and she tried to get me to tip anyways because she seen I didn’t . WHICH IS Ridiculous! I’m not tipping anybody who gives bad service . So another customer came in having trouble with the app and she talked to him the same exact way . she at least needs to be corrected on how she talks and handles customers . You don’t talk to grown adults like children and not help them with simple things because “they may not understand how the app works “ . If she had a attitude and didn’t want to come to work she shouldn’t have came or she could’ve left that at home . This also reflects on the manager and the type of people the manager is hiring . Please do better and hire better people.

Pumpkin bowl was tasty but difficult to not turn into a huge mess. Wheatgrass is no longer fresh-squeezed. It’s bottled. Somehow lacks the “UMPH!” of the squeezed-to-order product and orange slice no longer provided

My bowl was delicious but the service was lacking. Conveniently located off greenville. This spot is great for a refreshing bowl or smoothie. A bit overpriced in my opinion but overall I was satisfied.

Best location I’ve been to. Great ambiance, Natalie was super knowledgeable about each drink and gave great recommendations. Niyah and Hazel had great energy, over all worked great as a team. Will definitely come back!
