Jamaica's Flavor - Jamaican restaurant in Lynn - 121 Pleasant St, USA

Fun little hole in the wall. I am new to this cuisine and asked for suggestions. I ended up getting Ox Tail and enjoyed it. My buddy got stewed chicken and finished all of it. The highlight was the meat. Sides were good but nothing special. I want to try the beef patties next:)

I decided to try some local Jamaican food, and I wanted to try this spot. There are enough tables for dining. My server/cook was very nice and polite. I ordered the jerk chicken, cabbage, plantains, and beef patties. She got some of the food from upfront buffet style and went to the back. I heard microwaves going in the back. I assume part of my order went in the micorwave. If you want some jamaican food from here, you probably are getting home cooked food that is leftovers and reheated in the microwave. I'm not against leftovers, but it wasn't what I expected from a restaurant. The food tasted just like leftovers. The beef patties were ok. They are very flaky and with some heat for flavor.

This is literally the best authentic Jamaican food I have ever had. 10/10 would recommend. You don't have to get the large the small easily feeds 2.

ok, someone needs to check out the uber eats section of Springfield blvd, i never get what i order, i was tempted yesterday to go there and take the food back because now they doing it on purpose. owners ensure that persons get what they paid for. Thanks

10/10 !! I always get the curry goat or oxtail and they never disappoint. I love this place and food.

Of all the Latin food restaurants in Lynn, this is the one I have eaten the most, it is always a good option. I recommend calling before arriving

The best Jamaican restaurant on the North Shore. The food is fresh and full of flavor. The patties are made daily and the chicken and veggie tend to sell out early. They even have homemade drinks.

I had a spinach patty because I’m vegetarian and it was so bomb for my first time having it too it was really yummy definitely recommend. My sister had meat patties and she really liked it too. I understand why they don’t allow people in after covid waiting time for me was super quick :) also 7 dollars for three patties is totally worth it.
