JAM Hot Chicken - Chicken restaurant in Winter Park - 400 W New England Ave #13, USA

I drove an hour to try this place as I saw it on Instagram. Well... It's worth the hype! The woman behind the counter was super friendly and whoever is cooking the food sure knows what they're doing because this was Insanely Good 👍 I ordered the mild and I love hot spicy food and the mild was perfect for me...anything hotter and I'd be sweating 😓 🤣. The price is accurate for the amount of food you get. It's not an indoor eating place, so you'll have to order at the window and expect a wait of about 15 to 20 minutes (so worth it). There are outdoor tables but can fill up quickly as the food is just that good so be prepared to bring it back to your car if need be. I HIGHLY recommend this place! 👌 A++++++

Best hot chicken place that I’ve had so far. Beats Dave’s hot chicken and chicken fire. The chicken is fresh and is actually spicy. The batter has a nice light crispy flavor. Fires and Mac n cheese are good too.

The service was friendly and welcoming. I am so glad I decided to take her advice and go for the medium instead of the hot . Coming from someone who can handle quite a bit of spice I recommend on anyone’s first time not to go any hotter than medium, trust me you will not find yourself lacking heat. The food was fantastic. The bun on the sandwich was nice and fluffy, the chicken itself was hot juicy and delicious and the house made slaw and pickles added a perfect hit of acidity to top it all off. This is the best chicken sandwich you can find in Orlando and I’m willing to say one of the best ones in the state. Would recommend to anyone and will verifiably be back myself. Well done 👏🏼

Love this place! 2nd time I've been here. Chicken sandwiches are definitely worth it. The area is really nice. They have outdoor tables to sit at. They have 4 levels of heat for the chicken sandwiches. Mild, hot, hotter and JAM. I'll stick to the plain for myself lol.

This is the best chicken sandwich i have had in years…..ever since i was in Nashville! Everything on it is superb from the bread to the pickles to the slaw….and the breast was succulent and huge! I had the 3rd heat level outta 5 and it was pretty damn hot to be honest and i like hot food. I would probably do a 2 next time but still amazing. The mac and cheese was nothing to write home about unfortunately. Will definitely come back in the near future!!

This place is great. The chicken here is flavorful, crunchy, and as spicy as you can handle. The fries were excellent also, very fresh and crunchy! Probably one of the best Chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Make sure you get a ranch on the side, the chicken is spicy! The ranch is made in house and it takes it to another level. The hot honey was also really good. The wait for the food was around 25+ minutes.

If you’re in or around Winter Park and are craving a fried chicken sandwich or tenders, this is the only place you need to go to! Their chicken is always perfectly fried, juicy on the inside and their seasonings and sauces are delicious! Big meaty pieces of chicken too, I have never left hungry! Only minor drawbacks are they are a bit slow (perfection takes time I suppose) and there is no indoor seating, only a few outdoor tables exposed to direct sunlight, so it can get pretty warm if you’re waiting around and then eating your food there.

I've heard so much about Jam Hot Chicken so we needed to try it. DELISH! The size of the chicken breast is insanely huge. We ordered the Sando and the Not Your Pub Sub (a dupe for the Publix chicken tender sub). Both were amazing. We were wimps and didn't get any sauce but we did use the homemade ranch dressing on our sandwiches. I'm not a fan of ranch but theirs is awesome. A big plus, they have my favorite drink, Cheerwine 😋 This was our first time and it definitely will not be our last. Thanks for great service and delicious food.
