The food, service and atmosphere was great! We hadn't been there in a few years, but it was just as delicious as we remembered it. Highly recommend the ceviche, guacamole, taco salad, and chile colorado!

$13 for a smaller burrito and the meat was not carne asada, some other type of steak. Tasted like I went to a regular BBQ. Meat was chewy and flavorless. The meat did not go with it at all kinda disappointed. My wife did not like the huevos rancheros neither. Bland food

Detailed review follows: We came here because of the good reviews and were very impressed with the vibe, the food quality, the service, and the price (amazing food for reasonable prices. The food options here are fantastic for a Mexican restaurant. They have almost every Mexican dish you can think of. No matter what you order, it comes out perfect. The meats here are char broiled and set this place apart from the competition. I ordered a Chimichanga and the flavor of the fried tortilla was accentuated by the fire flavor of the beef, mixed with the delicious beans and rice. They also have free chips and salsa. Even the chips were freshly fried and crispy. The restaurant setting is wonderful with outdoor covered patio seating and indoor seating. There is an indoor bar as well which serves cocktails, beer, and wine. The restaurant has lots of authentic Mexican decor throughout and really feels special for the area. Parking is nearby and free, we never have trouble finding some. The servers were incredibly friendly, they spoke English and Spanish, and were attentive throughout. If you are traveling by or visiting Watsonville, it’s worth coming here for an accurate Mexican restaurant experience prepared by people know who the cuisine intimately and use quality ingredients.

Yummy! The vibe and atmosphere outside are really cute. It was a beautiful day, so it was perfect to sit outside. The chips and salsa were delicious, and I ordered the combo fajita plate, which was also delicious. The waitress was nice and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. I would definitely come back here again.

Absolutely one of the best Burritos I've had in my entire life. I will be back. Spinach tortilla with chicken and portobello mushroom.s and onions, zuchinni in the tastiest green mole sauce. Will make you drool!!! Margarita was good too. .

I’d give it 6 stars if I could. The.best.chile.relleno I have ever had! My husband got the seafood fajitas and said they were also the best fajitas he’s had. The staff was so attentive. They checked on us and filled our waters multiple times. Our server was amazing and answered all our tourist questions about the area. And when we ordered flan to go, he said he’d get us the biggest piece. The atmosphere is beautiful too. 150% would recommend!

Ordered a rellano side of beans no Rice…got rice and beans. Was asked if I wanted corn or flour tortillas, and I said flour please…got corn. I just ate and decided to just not go back. The staff was very pleasant

The waiting staff was attentive and gave great service. I wish i could say i enjoyed the food, but unfortunately, the chicken on the Cesar salad 🥗 was dry, the tortilla soup 🍲 was too oily, and so were the cheese enchiladas, and the nachos were soggy, but the rice and beans were good. I'll be back to try their other items because they do have a great 👍🏼 staff.
