All I can say is wow! The portions for the plates are HUGE, the naan is super well made, and the lamb/chicken combo was the one of the best I've had. While both meats were fully cooked, they weren't difficult to chew or rubbery. Service was quick and the place is spotless. Definitely try this place out.

You must stop and see it for yourself The taco salad was amazing. The seasoning was like no other. The stake was nice and tender. The mango putting was perfect. Not too sweet, nice and fluffy with great consistency

Absolutely the best meal we had while in Maryland. Jalapeño was a great mix of Latin America meets the Afghan world! Get a burrito with tikka chicken or a giant, “mucho”, quesadilla with chickpeas. They have it all! The vibe is relaxing and cozy. Plus the staff are friendly and place is clean. Great to take the fam or grab a quick bite. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

I have been going to Jalapeno Fresh for a few months now and I can not express how much I enjoy the food, service, and restaurant. Everything I have tried on the menu is amazing, the meats are perfectly cooked and seasoned and the vegetables and sauces are very fresh and perfectly prepared. The employees have a smile on their face when you walk in and are very helpful and pleasant to interact with. The restaurant itself is spotless and has a variety of seating options that makes for a very enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend trying out this restaurant.

This was the first time I’ve heard of and been in this restaurant. Let me just say I was very excited to order. One side had kabobs and veggie platter the other Mexican food. I ordered the veggie platter and nachos. I will 10/10 come in here again with friends and family to try the different types combinations. They even have the taco bowl my dad likes but for whatever reason it’s hard to find anywhere else. The customer service 10/10. When you customize your own meal you can’t go wrong. Truly a hidden gem

OK what can I say. I saw the name while I was driving through the shopping center and decided to look it up to my surprise it said Afghan/Mexico. Little confused, but also very intrigued. Decided to stop by one day for lunch and let me tell you this place definitely does not disappoint! You can pretty much try anything on the menu and you’ll be fine. Service was dope. Place is clean… food is amazing.

I’ve had Mexican before. It’s really hard to find a halal place. But this place was fantastic. Everything was nice and fresh. A lot of flavor. And very generous portions. They do not skimp on the meat. Like a certain other. Mexican place will definitely be coming back.
