I absolutely can not say enough about this Motel. The manager, Rakesh Patel and his lovely wife, Ms. Lena and their 2 teenage children are the best. The are very hardworking people and maintain this property here at The Jackson Motel very very well. If any kind of misconduct happens here Mr. Patel immediately takes care of it so I feel extremely safe and comfortable here. I have been here for nearly 2 years and their has not been one instance that I felt unsafe. The rooms are extremely well kept and cleaned daily from linens, towels, entire room is very clean and so comfortable and cozy. Mr. Patel is always available for any additional needs we have ever had. If something in the room needs to be addressed he promptly addresses it without hassle. I am extremely satisfied with the rooms, atmosphere, attention to needs promptly and with care, compassion and a smile and occasional nice conversation with Mr. Patel and Mrs. Lena they address any issues I may have. If you are looking for a safe, nice, comfy, affordable stay....Jackson Motel and Mr. and Mrs. Patel are where you need to come. You will not be disappointed and you will definitely have a good nights sleep and ready for your next day's events and or travel. Mr. and. Mrs. Patel on a more personal note thank you for being so cordial, maintaining the facilities and with such a great attitude and promptness. It is greatly appreciated!!! They cannot even understand English so it is impossible to do business. All man on phone can say is $45.00 cash no tax. Do not ask any questions because the answer is I DO NOT UNDERSTAND.
