Would give zero if possible. Can't lock door from inside, toilet leaks, water faucet loose, not very clean floors are dirty my socks were black on bottom from walking around in the room. But this was a last minute trip. Pictures were deceiving. Will not be staying here again. And sketchy people around.

Nice room for the low price. Listing said they had toiletries but only got 2 bars od hand soap. Had to ask for more towels as only had 1 then had to get more on 2nd night because they didn't clean room after 1st night. There was no shower curtain for a shower and no tub stopper for a bath. Had to plug it with a washcloth.

Where do I start... I made the mistake of paying for a week in advance at this establishment immediately after being released from the hospital and undergoing an emergency stomach surgery. Pretty extensive incision in size (chest plate all the way down to my growing ) pretty rough and extensive surgery/ recovery. I slept my first day completely away. The second I was noticing I was struggling to do activities shower. Getting and out of bed etc etc. so my mobile nurse/caretaker decided possible. Smart and helpful idea right?.. wrong if the idea is at Jackson hotel in Murfreesboro . They kept pushing me off for an answer for two more days til finally the owner graced me with his, "smug he owns me and I need him attitude instead of the old fashioned the customer is right motto thanks for you're business respect behavior . And proceeded to tell me that set the handicap rooms are not weekly rentals. The are daily rate prices. Okay you don't want to come off the difference will be I will pay it I do not care but instead of getting that option can you continue to over speak me accuse me of things that I was not doing implicit in seriously about 10 policies that was in no paper work we signed when paying whatsoever so we was unaware to any of them. ( They admitted to ) And proceeded to tell me that I have already ran up enough charges that it took all my weeks worth of the room I payed in advanced for . No discussion. No refund. It is now midnight at this point he decides to call to local crooked Police department on me. Who showed up to tell me but I had to get all my personal belongings out at midnight raining with no car I can get off the property get it out 20 Staples in my stomach, ungodly pain, with no car on foot raining freezing in April. . police said that it is a civil matter I have to take him to court. So he's now using the local police department to continue his business and engaging commerce and using the police force to legally rob people. It's illegal and it's called Abuse of civil service. The police department told me that they had already been to that hotel in particular two more times that day alone before me doing the same exact thing to two other people that day alone. After this I stayed outside in the freezing cold in my condition until about 6:00 p.m. the next day until my money finally hit so I could get another room somewhere else. This place is privately owned they make it up as they go. This is discrimination at its finest and my attorney's (plural) have already began filling motions for a sleep of suites. DO NOT STAY HERE PEOPLE. ! I ASKED FOR A HANDICAP ROOM THAT WAS VERY WELL DESERVED THEIR ANSWER TO ME GET OUT CALLING THE POLICE ON YOU AND ROBBING YOU. HOPEFULLY I SAVE SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE THEY FOLLOW MY MISTAKE OF GOING THERE

ROOM: There were exposed plug prongs from one of the lamps. Then there were stains on certain areas of the walls and doors, there were stains on the mattress protectors, but at least the fitted sheet wasn't stained. Several of the bath towels were dirty/stained. The shower head was not clean and the bathtub could be cleaner. The toilet paper holder was no where to be found. The breakers in the room weren't in an enclosed box. And the floors were so DIRTY that after just a few minutes of walking on them with white socks, they nearly turned complete brown/black. Reference photos. The room also had a funky smell to it. LOBBY: They have something like 4-inch bullet proof plexiglass from counter to ceiling that made it hard to understand them since they didn't have a mic/speaker like you would see at a bank drive thru. OVERALL: I wouldn't stay here again. If I'm ever in Murfreesboro, TN I'll just pay the extra $40 a night for a nicer hotel.

Very nice and clean rooms. The bed was very comfortable. Just wish they would put more towels and washcloths in rooms and I feel they need more security locks on the door, but other than that it was a really nice stay we had and we will stay again.

I understand you can't smoke in the room but you can't even sit outside and smoke a cigarette you have to walk around can't have no chairs outside I'll never rent this place again we were here because my girlfriend has to have surgery and she is disabled and she can't stand outside to smoke a spirit so I had chairs we was told that's against regulation and I rented this for two nights won't do it again

I wish I could put a negative star on here. However, this place is not the place to be. Do not go. They tried to double rent my room. After I was in there, somebody used the key to coming in. In addition to that they also, it's not what it appears to be online. And they do have microwave and refrigerator however, and they do not have separate places for you to sit and eat the room.Smell like mildew or mode.I ended up leaving early.I had rented the room for 2 days.However I didn't even say the night after someone entered the room
