Jackson Hole - American restaurant in Queens - 69-35 Astoria Blvd N, USA

This is an example of an old style American dinner. It is filled with nostalgia of that bygone era,, complete with a jukebox. My food was okay. I had a BBQ burger, which, while good meat, was more like a semi mashed meatball. It was not possible to eat in a conventional manner so I used a knife and fork. The fries were awesome. Everyone else was mostly content with their meals, but it was a similar complaint about the burger. The servers were awesome, as were the rest of the staff, friendly and engaging. Service was prompt and attentive to our needs and request. I would recommend giving it a go and enjoying a step into the past.

It has been years since I’ve been at a Jackson Hole (Bayside location, which has since closed) but the name popped up again when we were searching for a diner. The burgers are GINORMOUS, had to use a knife/fork and had plenty of leftovers for the next day. I wanted a medium rare though and got mostly well done. They have steak fries which I always prefer but do not like brioche buns, so it’s a plus/minus experience for me. There was the inviting scent of waffles being made throughout our meal though so if I return, I must try the waffles. Staff was excellent, no signs of being disgruntled at all. There is a parking lot which is pretty tight but seems to turnover quickly. I will be back for those waffles!

Jackson Hole is not as good as it used to be. The burgers were smaller than they used to make them and the meat was not as fresh. They had a funky taste to it. Maybe it was just mine because my mom and sister ate theirs without a complaint.

Excellence food...I've been going to this place since 1989 and never was disappointed. This is my GO TO PLACE everytime I'm in town. One drawback this place haven't catch up to this paperless world yet! YOU must have CASH...NO Credit cards accepted... YES 🏧 is on premises

This is an old time staple. If you've never been to Jackson's Hole then you live under a rock. I remember coming here with my family as a child, so excited to put a quarter in the jukebox and play a Michael Jackson song. We the jukebox is still a quarter and they have new songs like SZA's Kill Bill, Ed Sheering and Sam Smith. Let's talk food. I got the pizza burger and .y hub y got the smokehouse burger without the BBQ sauce. Both were a hit, cooked to perfection. I got a platter, so we shared the fries and we ordered Buffalo wings as an appetizer. The entire meal, oh, with the fabulous Jackson's Hole milkshake came to 65 bucks. They stay open late and deliver. CASH ONLY (ATM inside) What more can you ask for.

One of my favorite hangouts with some of the greatest burgers in NYC. I always love a classic, unpretentious diner and Jackson Hole is always great no matter what I order. Service is attentive without being OTT and vibe is always cool. Been coming here for 15+ years and love it.

Traditional diner, been here a long time. Their burgers are thiiiick :) and delicious! You can add a fried egg or guacamole to them. Two of our three orders were gotten wrong and the bill was wrong thus four stars.

a superrrr cool place! really fun atmosphere and authentic diner. everything was delicious, we got the california burger and the new york burger. both were good, but my bottom bun was pretty soggy. if you like THICK burger patties, you’d dig this burger. i personally don’t love a thick patty, so it was a little much for me. we also got the black forest milkshake which was pretty tasty. service was lovely, over all a wonderful experience and would come again.
