JDL is Jackson's biggest asset. Hands down. Great books, programs, buildings, staff. Not the most spectacular library I've ever seen period, but it's our best local amenity. Makes living more bearable!

It's most definitely Jacksons most iconic library. The masonry work is absolutely stunning, people that work here are very friendly and ready to help.

This old building is absolutely stunning! It's got gorgeous wood and plasterwork inside. The customer service here is great. Anytime I need to print something or just be in a quiet environment, I come here. Anytime I need help with anything, the staff is friendly and willing to help. I love this place!

A breathtaking piece of public architecture inside and out. The staff is very helpful.

I have been going to the Library since I was a kid I'm now 67. In my opinion libraries are Awesome

They had a book sale which included DVDs, audiobooks and books, all for $1! They were happy to print some labels I needed. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. And the historic building is amazing!
